I am suffering from a severe pain in my right shoulder and feeling some weakness in it and I am facing difficulty in moving my right hand any where or it pains without even doing something & I hear some popping and crackling sound while moving my hand . 2-3 days back I was playing cricket and when I was throwing the ball I experienced a tremendous pain and was not able to take my hand to normal position my whole body was shivering after 3-5 mins it automatically came into its orignal place but with a severe pain and difficulty in moving and sleeping on that hand .
I’m quite sure my front shoulder pain/irritation is long head bicep would you say incline bench press is a better option until I’ve gotten the tendon back to normal health?
Possibly. Generally for biceps tendon pain it is shoulder extension that is painful, so even an incline press going back into extension may be provoking.
I have a shoulder bone spur which has caused me instability and an odd annoying dull pain during any kind of strength exercise. Are there exercises that can help since every 5/6months I get an impingement there too that goes but I'm not sure if that also because I sleep on it. Thanks
There’s not any specific exercises per se. Usually the approach is to figure out the painful movement and then try to find ways to make it less painful, which varies between individuals. Here’s a video I did that might be useful ruclips.net/video/R8R-Ccu_k0U/видео.html
@@MichaelBraccio thank u. So pain towards the top & front of the shoulder could be due to the weak supraspinatus tendon, one thing to note I have minimal overhead pain but rather it's the arm movements across the body? Will external rotations help, since whenever trying them in my bad arm I get bad clicks and pops that don't feel right

Hindu push ups, pike push ups, bench press sleeves ? Just a thought.
There’s many different variations. Just depends on the tolerance to movements
