I would like to have an access to internet everywhere I go. Is it possible with one card? I would be happy 4 your answer. Thanx❤

I was so sad, depressed and even i had time to be prepared and all but again being away from people who i used to be, just made me so sad :) I cried entire time too and asked "why i am here also". Even many girls were like that from my batch but it will pass guys. Just try to enjoy and get communicate w people around u.

    How times have changed. When I started flying in 1987, I was young, free, and single. The only reason I started was to meet flight attendants. The majority of the guys were gay. And when the girls knew you were straight you suddenly became popular. With this were the parties. It was crazy back then I remember often we would get a bottle of vodka and drink by the pool before going out to town for hot destination layovers. The only rule we had was stop drinking at midnight, drink lots of black coffee and eat plenty of mints before starting our way back to the airport. It was a crazy time back then. But like everything, over time things calm down, and in the end you just stay in and go to your favourite shops or you have a favourite cafe or local restaurant that you go to. In fact often I'd contact them just before I left for the airport to tell them I'm coming.
    I stopped flying after 12 years and moved to the office side. Some 36 years later I'm still there.
    So many memories!

    I have a few question I' like to ask.
    1.-So, how does Emirates pay you? As in, is it through your bank account using the swift number or is there any other method?
    2.-Also, what are the conditions to retire as a cabin crew member?
    3.- Regarding the retirement, does Emirates pay you the retirement after you stop working and return to your country?
    Thank you very much:)

    • @Strikyt433
      @Strikyt433 11 месяцев назад +3

      There is a 3 years contract as a cabin crew from what i have heard and if you will not do anything that would make them break your contract then you are good for 3 years and the following years will depend on Emirates airlines whether they'll offer you another contract or you go home to your country😊

    • @DanDan-pk6tx
      @DanDan-pk6tx 5 месяцев назад

      No retire plans with Emirates, I believe you can not get retired in UAE if you are not Emirati. You must go to back to your country.

    Hi! Yes, what a good video! You both calmed me down a bit, because I'm on the process right now and my family is begining to understand what I am doing so, they are not happy about it.... I think my questions would be, how to stand up for yourself if they ask you for example: What would you do if you feel sick? Who is going to take care of you if someting -bad- happens to you?
    Those type of questions, how did you handle that duing the time you first traveled? Thanks!

      Consider that you'll be joining the company with many other people. The first 2 months of training you'll be making friends in the college as you'll spend A LOT of time there. Plus instructors and manager will provide you with some support. However!! It is very much needed to be able to take care of yourself, because yes, at the end of the day you move there by yourself 😊 but like you there's hundreds of people in the same situation that look to bond with others just as much as you do !

    Hello, you too are great, I really enjoy your videos! I will be grateful if you could answer this question - I'm passed the interview stage and I'm preparing to go to Dubai, however I'm still dealing with my medical clearance. Further I looked into documents I will need to carry and there were birth certificate and education certificate. Now I'm currently based in the UK and originally I'm from a different country and so firstly I do not have the originals with me and secondly they ain't in English. I can translate the electronic formats I have, but I still won't have the originals with me (to get them it will cost me an expensive trip). I wanted to ask how it went with you regarding those two, or if maybe you know whether it will be fine if I don't carry the originals.

    • @paula12594
      @paula12594 Год назад

      yes, that was the golden call. You should then receive an email with access to the onboarding portal where a few more steps need to be done like background and medical checks, uploading medical forms and details of your dependants

    Ciao Stefano, è fattibile secondo te lavorare per la FE, nelle mie condizioni...sono sposato e mia moglie non è parte dello staff..È vero che la compagnia da alloggio privato alle persone sposate? Oppure lo da solo alle persone che stanno insieme (quindi colleghi)? Hai sentito dire di qualcuno/a nella mia situazione? ✈

    • @SensetheLens
      @SensetheLens  Год назад +1

      Ciao Alessio! Secondo me hai tutte le possibilità per aggregarti ad Emirates, se anche per tua moglie è una mossa che le potrebbe piacere. La compagnia ti da la possibilità di avere un tuo appartamento anche se tua moglie non e' crew 👍🏼 Ci sono moltissime persone in situazione simile alla tua
