Hello Beautiful People!!
So, we are in DUBAI!!! Ahh can we just say that, we didn’t realise how much we missed it!! It feel SO good to be back for some time, AND today we took the time to answer a question we’ve been asked a LOT, which is: “Why did we ever leave?”
We hope you enjoy it and we can’t wait to spend some time here and OF COURSE, to bring you all with us as always.
Love & Peace ❤️
/Nathalie & Stefano

Quite important to mention... NordVPN does not work in Dubai. :-(
Hey guys greetings from Hungary where ever you are atm huge thanks to your videos. Would you recommend starting as a crew member at Emirates in your early 20s? At around what age did you feel that your immune system gave you a sign that it should be stopped perhaps?
Corrie, I am pleased, that you have left, but remember, some people, manage stay awake all night, and sleep during the day,
This sentence what Natalie said is so true: Just because you leave something in your life doesn‘t have to mean that is was bad. Its just that you want something else! Thank you for your Videos! Much love and go for your passion! :)
Thank you so much Lilli 🥰🙌🏼! Much love!!
I am currently still with Emirates flying...I feel every word you are saying...I think nobody will truly understand this job unless you did it yourself....it's so much more to it than what people see from the outside...it's a hate and love relationship which is very hard to quit...mental health should be taken very serious in our job....glad you guys decided to leave...enjoying watching your videos! Love from your former colleague..
It is hard job or how ?
Every job is hard! The job of being a flight attendant would be great if it
pays very high salaries. For example, if the job pays 6 figures or more,
I guarantee people would fight like hell to get the job. 🤣
@@tiffyjade690 As a flight attendant with emirates are you able to save a good amount of money and invest it? :) Something i am always curious about because I know Dubai is expensive
You absolutely can invest, the issue with many crew they come in very young and low key have no financial education/awareness. The older ones, start saving, taking loans to invest in their home countries. If you leave the money within the UAE. There’s a high chance of spending that money back in the UAE. The money is okay, compared to other hospitality jobs. The perks of not paying rent, utilities (except phone bill and perhaps wifi). Many crew pick up bad money habits like spending and shopping on every single layover, eating out all the time, heavy drinking and partying. As a millennial I’m all about living life to the fullest but I also don’t want to forget about moderation. I still want to retire early not when I’m 65 and tired.
The job itself can be challenging physically, you’re flying minimum crew, no breaks, yeah sure, have a quick meal but good luck doing that in business and first class 😂. You’re flying busy schedules with minim rest, turnarounds more the layovers where you can get to rest a bit and then of course the time zones and jet lag. But all of this really depends on the person, they can either make flying an amazing experience and have so much fun while staying healthy or really leave in a year with so much disgruntlement. I loved my job and loved flying and still do privately back home in the US. My humble advice is to just reach out to senior crew who actually know how to advice you and give you tips and tricks that will help your flying journey.
It sounds like one great thing you gained from your experience at Emirates was flexibility and spontaneity. Sleep deprivation is common with us as nurses as well, and I applaud your decision to put your health first.
It's a great pleasure to watch you, Nathalie and Stefano! I left EK 5 years ago, having spent 10 years there. You brought back all the memories with your videos, of what was awesome and what was painful. Cudos to you for having decided to leave, even though I imagine it was scarry in post covid times.
Great to see you both in Dubai again. Best of luck in your endeavors for 2023!
I can relate to ya'll. I've been working for the railroad as a freight conductor for 24 years and still counting. I work on an on-call basis 24/7/365 including holidays. There's countless times when I work through sundown to sunrise and it can be tough. There are many times I stay awake until 3 to 4 am when I'm not working because I can not sleep like regular people with regular schedules. It's hard to have a social life because I do not have a defined work schedule with days off. I love what I do, but it can be tough many times. I consider myself in excellent health and good physique, but sooner I think I do want a change to a more compatible work schedule to better my life. Anyway good luck to your new endeavors and thanks for sharing your vids.
I work in Flydubai similar schedule and report times, I believe my key to success 11+ years is resting well during layovers and prior to a flight, I see it all too often crew going out and treating layovers like a holiday, nothing wrong with that, but it will take its toll eventually. Rest well, sacrifice going out and it can be a life long career, I am flight crew, but would fly the same schedules as CC.
this is the first time i passed by in this channel and i really like the flow of conversations. full of information, a good lesson and it helps some of us to open our mind to a new possibility of growing what we had and explore more.
Flight attendants like you two are greatly appreciated . I’m exhausted as a customer already.
Thanks for your video. I can really relate with what you've said. I'm a pilot and Health is something that makes me think about quitting everyday. Enjoy this new chapter in your life👍🏻
A very in depth explanation, at the end it comes to personal choices due to many factors and health is a huge part, also every job has a honey moon phase.
You two stay healthy and passionate about each others.
As a former QR crew completely understand. At one point during the Covid we were doing a lot of layover flights as turnarounds. I personally did Manilla turnaround. It's 20 hours onboard. Talk about being sleep deprived.
Hi guys honestly this is so relatable, when you mentioned about your irregular routine I immediately realized that it's all about stomach, trust me I was recently diagnosed with IBS and my main trigger was change in routine, and stress. Last month was very painful for me:( as I had my Uni exams followed by vacations. I believe we should trust our bodies and listen to them no matter if you have to sacrifice your job. Good Wishes!! and Welcome to Dubai..😃
Sense the Lens in Dubai glad you came home good luck for 2023 you two....
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you guys!!!
The honesty you've given us is commendable. Keep up with the good work.
You both are such an amazing couple, it’s so understandable why you left Dubai and Emirates. Im glad you both are taking care of yourself. Sleep is the most important and give time for yourself. Being a flight attendant does risk sleep pattern because of night flights but it’s always important to have a plan to prepare and leaving Emirates is a big step but it’s important to take care of yourself. And getting the amount of sleep you need.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday and happy new year 🎆🎈🎊
A new Stephano and Natalie video never disappoints ❤️🥰
Really enjoying your content and hello from one of those long haul destinations, New Zealand. Wishing you both a wonderful 2023 xx
Thank you both for sharing your experience as flight attendants. I'm happy you've decided to take another path, you're still quite young. I had a dream of becoming an airline stewardess at an early age, but unfortunately my mother had other plans for my future. I still regret it to this day. Follow your dreams and never give up even if you're holding on by a thread. Set your mind to it and get it done. Because it feels so good once you get to the other side. Wishing you both the best. Stay safe, stay blessed....con mucho carino❤❤
I needed to hear this ,thank you
You're very welcome, good luck!@@wanjikuk7662
Everything they said. Interesting like-minded people. It was such a wonderful journey and I personally joined because I needed time out where I was coming from, and I enjoyed every single time in this career. I continue to push myself to live and work towards the lifestyle. I love y'all.
It’s a comfort zone that sucks you in and if you don’t snap out of it, you may feel numb and stuck. But it’s still an amazing rewarding experience. Flying is not for everyone and it can be scary to have it as a career (Not really the case in the US and EU, we see more stability). Good luck to anyone trying to join EK or EY ❤️
I was with Qatar for 5 and a half years, I loved flying, well, I still do, but I decided to leave after all. Flying in the Middle East is really fun and rewarding, but too many red eyes and ultra long hauls, sleeping was a major issue for me. So I totally agree with you guys on this one.
Best of luck for u both in new year!! Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️
The whole weekend I just watch your videos and I've learned a lot :) I love you both!
Merry Christmas 🎄 and all the best for 2023. Back in Dubai . Maybe this is the place to live. Many Blessings. I never miss a vlog. ❤️ you guys.
All the best for your future endeavors!! 💯
Love watching this! Love the fact that I met you guys individually aswell, makes it so relatable🥹❤️kram till er båda!
Amina!! We’re so happy to see you here 😍🙌🏼!! Massor av kramar till dig ❤️!!
Oh Wow, this content was super interesting… i was always curious about other Airlines as i work for Lufthansa in the Cabin. It‘s so cool that you took a step in different direction and it definetly suits you two, doing what you are doing. Wishing you all the best!! 🙏🙌✨ keep on inspiring
So gr8 to have you back in Dubai,as always your videos are so cool and you both rock🥰. Henry is very very cute.Wishing you both A Fabulous New Year.Stay Blessed.
It was fun to have some fresh news from you guys ❤ Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦
i find you guys really amazing and so entertaining 💙 sending my best wishes to you all i hope you can keep going to fed us with new informations and places day by day!!
I truly love your channel. Keep doing the best work.
You guys did a great job of eloquently stating why you left without bashing your former employer which is very classy and professional. Being in the hospitality industry myself I fully understand your feelings. I must say I have a new found respect for cabin crew now after watching vlogs like yours.
BTW what a stunning view from the apartment- that’s what we call in the states a million dollar view. Great job as always both of you. Keep it up.
I was from QR too. I remember; Work, Sleep,Eat. This was life with QR.
You both seem very happy in Dubai! Stay blessed
Happy New Year Both of you and Henry 🎉😊
Always happy to watch you guys ❤
Have you ever thought of working as flight attendants again, but on regional airlines (that serve destinations with similar time zones, and therefore have little to no jetlag issue)?
Thanks for keeping it real. From a distance it's hard to believe flight attendants feel so much stress. They always look top notch.
I really admire your decision making 👌 making plans for your life and take actions to it. That's really awesome 💯 love to watch more of your videos. Happy holidays.
As your channel and businesses grow, as you start hiring people... sooner or later, you will start to understand those managers. Running a business which relies on everything having to be on time (JIT) requires less flexibility than we can upload a video at 9 or 10AM, it's all about being the first in business. That's not easy for any business. It's all about relationship management and time management. Looking forward to more videos, and looking forward to many more flights on Emirates, Etihad, Singapore Airlines, ANA and more. :)
Hello, I had the exact same issue's as a. FA, great fun job but it definitely take a toll on sleep pattern.
Thank you for sharing the beautiful Dubai
Enjoy and f have fun
Happy holidays to both of you
Thank you Therese! Merry Christmas! ❤️
You're a great couple and I like to see you're making and enjoying the life together as I believe you're completing each other ;-) Thanks a lot for your videos!!
So you came back to live in Dubai after moving to Mexico?
Anyway I've just found your channel and I really love your videos and the passion that you both put into them. I could literally feel your emotions through the screen of my laptop)
I'm currently working as a cabin crew with Ryanair, but I feel that I want something different, I want something more
You're an inspiration guys, keep going and I wish you the best of luck for every single project that you have!
Well said, as a crew I truly understand the same pain.
Hi guys that's the troubles with working with such a big company. But as you say there are perks as well. Great video. Stay safe out there.
Unusual to see dogs in the Gulf states (or is it?). After years in Kuwait and Saudi I don't think I saw a single one! How does he (she?) cope in the summer months? The accommodation and beach look great and the temperature must be perfect now. Enjoy!
you two look so much relaxed in that cosy sea view apartment :)
It's always on someone's passion about what to do with life... We cannot judge anyone as everyone is built differently.
Thanks for your video and Happy New Year. I got the impression that you were going to give some comments and tips on (international) house (and dog) sitting. Don't find anything, however?
Oh yes, I am excited, let's see how great this video is😁😁💯
You guys are so cute together. Polite, humble and so sweet. Thanks for sharing....
Thank you 😌🙏🏼
Hey Guys welcome back to Dubai come by The Stables I'm the Dj there I'm from the US but I'm here now working. Love it!! Great video guys...
I understand your concern for personal health. Many years ago I worked as a Flight Attendant.
International travel was tough. Waking up from a deep sleep, I had to check the tags on my bags to see where I was.
My friends stopped calling because I was always away. I made the decision to leave the lifestyle and got a regular job.
Bro dont care what ur friends says or anyone, you could never have left such a amazing job that everyone dreams of, Good earning you explore world and many more anyways ur choice
Flight attendant job is not the emotionally unstable.
@@outlyfe7570 yeah thats the kinda case too but depends how you handle it babe
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful video about your experience
Guyz love you channel so much it opened my eyes 2 the world.Plz do a video on visa applications etc.
When you follow your inner voice it’s bring you to beautiful destinations 😊
Dubai suits you sooo much. I wish you are happy and thriving anywhere you stay
So Honest and Eloquent ...
Im a security guard & i work night shifts. I empathise with you about sleep. Fortunately my body is very forgiving i can adapt to odd times and hours working. Plus i normally dont have problems sleeping if i do odd shifts at times not tonight lol. Its my day off. . Its 3am nearly and i cant sleep. Thats why im watching your channel.
Can’t wait to see your upcoming videos!
Thanks for this vlog. Stay safe. Happy New Year.
I love your channel you two, so informative and always done in a great way!
Regarding Emirates flight crew, I have so many questions, concerns and worries. I really need your advice please. My girlfriend of over 3 years just decided to apply for Emirates. She has built a career and is doing very well but has this urge to travel and see the world. She got the job (not that it was a big surprise as I knew she would get it) but I am so worried about where this leaves me. Is it honestly worthwhile trying to maintain a relationship? I am ready to propose and settle down but she gets freaked out at the thought of not achieving her "dream" of travel before doing so. I have to support her but I am extremely sad and angry by her decision to go through with this. Her contract off the bat is 3 years but only intends to do this for a year. What are the chances she will only do this for a year? And can she even break her contract without any serious implications? Communication will be hard as she will be in different time zones all the time. When she is allowed leave how would I be able to plan to see her with an ever-changing roster? (the HR from Emirates said she would likely be placed on a route that comes home but what's the guarantee of this?) Apparently Emirates cabin crew party hard on breaks? Is this true and should i be worried she gets very lonely and meets other guys during this time? She's a good girl but I know she will feel very alone while doing this. But i am being told i need to support her and if i love her I'd wait the year. There's just no guarantee she is coming back after a year and i don't want to be dragged into a messy long distance relationship that has zero perks for me. I am very frustrated and concerned but I ultimately feel if she is happy to go ahead with this then its indirectly telling me our relationship is over? (even though she says this is not her intention and its "just for a year we can make it work"). Only thing is up to now she has given me no reassurance that things will be ok or put my mind at ease over this. Please help me out here, i know I've said a lot but any guidance and advice would be greatly appreciated. What would you do in my shoes? How did you to manage to travel/work together?
Sleep is fundamental to our health. You need sleep to recover and to heal yourself, when we deprive ourselves of sleep, then our bodies will let you know one way or another. I used to work nights when I was nursing, and did a block of 4 nights then 3 days off. That was an easy rhythm to get into. But when you had split night shifts, man, that was a killer. 2 nights, then off a night, in 1 night, off 2 nights in 1 night, off 1 night then back onto days for 3 weeks.
@Matityahu755 Personally I like working those shifts of 4 consecutive days and then 3 days off for a work-life balance. However, jobs that have these routines are paid so much lower.
One of the the best content creator couple 💯👌
I am with my national carrier airline and I too feel the same way with it. I want to move on because we don’t get paid for boarding/deplaning and after being laid off from covid for 2 years we get treated like children. My problem is I don’t know what I would be good at or happy doing if I decided to leave. I like to travel but it’s so expensive. I’m kinda stuck right now 🙈 HELP!!
Hello Stefano n Nathalie 🥰
You are back in Dubai! Wow that’s a beautiful place where you are staying 👍
Dubai beautiful ❤️Enjoy n stay safe. Happy,
Happy New Year🥂🎉🍾🥂🎉

Many blessings both of you ❤
Yes I was in your shoes as Cabin Crew... The time of my life
Thanks! Great information you shared
👍🏾😉
Hi guys! I discovered your channel today and I love your videos. There is nothing wrong if you follow your heart to make a decision, you are right! Is there a limit age for being a EK cabin crew? I applied during covid in 2020 and I didn't pass the online interview, i was 23/24 . I am 27 now and I feel like it's a little too late to apply.
Greetings from Italy!
Ma’m, this is not good job
Guys congrats for your entertaining contents..do u have a web site to suggest or u know any services available for getting the staying in dubai the same way u did this time? Thanks for sharing
Can you do a video on how you both met and who expressed their feelings first about liking the other person and wanting to be a couple.
Well said both of you! As I had worked with a top ten for 19 years I agree with both about this job. During my pass 19 years as cabin crew I wanted to quit so many times. It is a good job but it is tough as well. As a normal human being we basically have 40 years career time between age of 20 to age of 60. We should make good use of this 40 years with different type of chances and opportunities. After I have been laid off I am attending power engineering school. Currently I work as a flight attendant again while I am continually attending my school for the last part of my course. I will decide to work as a power engineer or flight attendant after. I guess I will try to work for both job. I am glad that it is possible to work for both jobs in the meantime in Canada. Thanks for sharing.
Stay blessed!
Please un video de cómo organizan todos sus viajes, sería muy útil para los que empiezan 😊
I totally agree on waking up middle of the night and not realizing where you are... doing pure long haul is very demanding after a few years...
17:03 for sure i will be a crew member , i already applyed and hope to be verry soon interview. i am now in England but maybe tomorrow in Dubai . thanks for all , love you
Regular viewer of you guys....by the way my husband is an aircraft eng. In a prestigious airlines in dubai. He recommended this channel and now I am addicted to your channel. Be always ambitious....all the very best both of you❤️❣️. Both of u makes a great pair.....stay blessed.

@@dr.sruthykurup613 is he with Emirates?
I had a long distance train job 5-11 days on the road 5-10k km twice a week
I dread getting a 5 day train because that means im working alone for 24 hours with no possibility to sleep because we had a stop each hour and you never know when somebody buys a ticket so the most sleep i got was 4 hours one day and 1-2 hours each day after this was a torture fr but at least i got payed as if i did 11 day train
Happy to see you both in dubai ❤ stay blessed 😘
Best👍💯 of luck guys!
i so love your videos, stay bless n happy always. sending love n hugs 🤗 from Ga
Hi love to follow your journey. My kids live in Dubai and I live in Sweden I have a question Where in Dubai are you housesitting and on which site did you find the possibility to housesit? I would love doing that too since I also travel alot around the world. Keep up your great work on RUclips it is amazing.
Blessings Maggie
what a surprise ....... welcome back to Dubai . Sempre molto carini
Grazie mille 🤗!
Love you guys ♥️♥️
Could i ask what is the location in dubai of these apartments?
Hii, hope you are well..
My girlfriend is currently doing her training at Emirates... And graduating in September... In the week of graduation are they stationed back at Dubai... And can anyone attend the graduation or is it by invitation only because I want to surprise her..?
Thank you for your time..
How exciting
She's incredibly beautiful and elegant! I wish you the best guys :-D Good luck with your future plans!
Hello guys! I wanted to thank you for doing what you do on social medias and I also wanted to ask you something about your life and career. So basically me and my girlfriend are flight attendants for Ryanair, we are planning to join Etihad Airways but at the same time we are afraid that we are not going to have the time to dedicate to our own passions and dreams. I can see that you are focused totally on your dreams now and since you have done and are doing the life that we would love to do as well, how were you managing life before with everything that you are doing now? Was it possible in Dubai? For example, I do trading as well, I play basketball and I have some other projects in mind, and almost same things for my girlfriend, do you think is this kind of lifestyle going to be sustainable in the UAE?
The honest truth is… it’s work work work work pattern of life.
If you two will cope. Come!! Its all about commitment.
You’ll enjoy it temporarily.
Make enough money and invest at all
Welcome to Dubai ❤
Same I’m a crew too, and I’m facing the same problem 😅
Werent you allowed to eat and have lunch/dinner breaks during flights under 9h? Or did you mean sleeping breaks?
Guys can you make a video on how can a person can get into these field
