    Been doing this on a non-stick griddle for years - not only with Parm but other cheeses. (nothing too soft of course - cheddar or firmer for vest results) The fat cooks off and you're left with a delightful nutty, crispy bit of heaven. Thank you Frugal Gormet.

    Hi Bruno, nothing can beat these freshly made Parmesan crisps. They are 100% fresh and nothing can beat those flavours, plain or seasoned. They are so versatile, can match with many things even snacks with wine or beer. Thank you for showing. Kind regards.

    I've done this before but without the cookie cutters. I really love the idea it's less messy and you could get some beautiful shapes out of it. Thank you again for your great tips.

    AKA- sexiest man I have ever been entertained by , your wife is blessed I am certain. Can I make these ahead of time, and if so, how can I store them to keep them crisp? I plan to stuff them as an Hors d'oeuvres for a party. They are delicious, just tested them!
