Hello I tried these in microwave convection as I don’t have OTG .. 6 minutes at 200 degree but they were hard.. My cookies were stuck with butter paper. And also tried directly on the tray but they stick on it also.. plz guide me how can I make soft in convection on tray

How do you know it's too thin? I tried making this but I got paranoid, and made mine too thick. They tasted more like a weirdly dense sugar cookie crossed with a pancake. Tasty, but not what I wanted.
i made these but they came out puffy and wouldn't hold their shape, they were perfect crisp on the outside and crepe-like on the inside... did I use to much batter? or maybe I underbaked them?
