I would probably use a basic flour just in case anyone in my family is allergic to almonds. I have a strange family. 😅 These look so yummy! Also your tank is lovely! I have a couple of freshwater tanks. Your saltwater tank is gorgeous! Your fish look so happy!
Egg yolk contains natural oil, which makes gives more delicate crispiness for the cookies. I like it better although the difference is not that huge! It also colors better in the oven.
