I accidentally discovered how to make these 20 years ago when I was a kid before youtube existed and when nobody was really using computers much at the time. I was trying to melt parmesan cheese in the microwave that's when I learned it doesn't melt very well and actually turns hard and I always thought I invented a new recipe until I realized as I got older it was a thing lol
Hey, sometimes inventions happened from an accident. Even if it already was a thing, you made them with no guidance. I may try your microwave technique!
The oven temperature is 400F-204C, time will vary depending on the cheese and how thick it is layered, it should be about 5 minutes but it is best to keep an eye when the bubbles stop and the cheese starts to get golden.

It works best with dry hard cheeses. Soft cheeses won’t crisp up as nicely.
