    If you don't use a nonstick pan you will need a chisel to get them off, use parchment paper in the pan if you don't have nonstick...and have a fan because they smoke while they cook.

    I’ve made these for years using flour, but today I decided to try corn starch instead. That made the crisps “crisp” and crunchy. Perfect.
