Don't blame this on the drugs and guns, NO! DISTRACTED driving, THAT is the source. Stop PLACING BLAME and through that season of peace, God WILL provide the city a solution for this but people lost faith, mine grew. God always gives us a solution, ALWAYS! We just have to learn that He had the best plan for us, He knows the hearts, nothing can be achieved through the wisdom of man.
You can't do anything reduce the numbers when pedestrians don't follow the law and cause these accidents. No mentally sane person with a job walks around at 3:30 in the morning, probably a homeless person tweaking on drugs.
When every one is walking..driving stoned..you might want to change ur drug laws..WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?
