smooth, accurate, full of harmony, simply beautiful. even while watching those movements and listening to the nice music, one can get his mind into an another state of peaceful and relaxed consciousness. i hope to have the possibility to attend the wudang school at least for a month in the future.

I've been practicing various forms of Tai Chi for over 20 years but my calling as always to learn a Wudang style. Any links to learning the sequences ? I will attempt of the video busting be easy. My heart and soul are in Wudang.

The funny thing is, apart of Taoist mystical practices is learning how to fly using internal energies. As to whether its possible or not, I don't know.
Somebody please help. I thought Yang style Tai Chi came from Chen... and I thought Chen came from Wudang. What confuses me is that I see Wudang monks doing Bagua, Xing yi, and Other Tai Chi forms that most represent Yang to the best of my knowledge. Come somebody help clear this up for me in an anthropological sense?

n no they dont wu dang ..sanfeng is oldest frm of tai chi and this rt here 13 is said to be the mother of all tai chi forms
