Car is looking fantastic !! Stance on how you've set it here in the video, is spot on in my opinion. It should be still drivable over bumps and such, but not too high. It's exactly how I would set the ride height. Amazing car... keep on to that! It's only going up in value. Here in The Netherlands a car like this would be overprized as f.
I bought FA 510s with a specific stroke and spring rate after speaking to them but had been cross shopping redshift, ohlins, and the silvers neo max 2 ways for my 96 ITR. The wait definitely is torture. The Silvers look like a great option for those not super track focused. Fit and finish is awesome.
Hey there he is, your back! well not so much Seth but Seth’s toys!!!!! Love to see work on the Type R. I bet it’s time for me to go thru my suspension again! Definitely before the Dragon! See you soon and Stay Mad!
Everyone always needs a break, and I'm so glad to see you back brotha and with more awesome content! Love the outcome of the ITR and other upgrades you putting into it, but what is the update on the barbados CRX and the ITR swap for the CRX?
No updates on either of those yet. The green CRX will just be used for parts for the yellow rebuild. The ITR swap needs timing belt job, and some other cleanup, as well as the transmission rebuild. I haven’t spent any time in the garage to do these items.
@crxseth take your time brotha just know we all are rooting for ya and waiting for more good news and results. At least now you can enjoy the ITR a bit more. 😉
I considered that, but it didn’t come like that OEM, and the front bumper already has a line where old paint jobs had occurred in a previous life, so I’ll leave this one without the trim, especially since it fits so nicely.
That's a really nice paint job. 👍 Great work on the wheels too. 🙂 Your car is in amazing condition for its age and mileage. Ride height looks good to me. I'd be running similar on mine. I used Meister R coilovers. Dunno if you can get them in the US, but fwiw they're still going strong 14yrs later. And that's daily driving. I like that yours is the no frills 96 spec, the original of the species, no airbags etc. Though I much prefer the 98 spec onwards rear bumper you've got to the original 96. The headlights look great. And yep they've gone crazy money of late with no third party options available. 🙁 I kinda view bushings on these as a wear/service item. I've replaced all of mine over the years, and there are a lot of them. For most I went with either original Honda, or Hardrace items(whichever were cheaper. Last of the big spenders here😁), though I would always go OEM for the big rear trailing arm bush. It's part of Honda's patented and very clever system. Basically the bush is designed to give horizontally which adds toe in under braking into corners, stabilising the back end and a big reason why these cars have such a rep for handling. Stick something like a polybush in there and you lose that and it's noticeable. Plus original Honda ones are cheaper(they're no different on the type R, same part code as other Integra's and various Civics of that era) and go in a lot easier. I did fit Spoon ones once, which were a _little_ stiffer, but a right pig to get in(and out).
The paint on the car looks great and the wheel color looks like a spot on match. Did the powder coating hold up to the lug nuts? It looks so much better lowered a bit, super clean overall. Nice work!
I had the powder coater mask off the lug nut seats so it’s on bare metal instead of powder. I had bad experience in the past with fully powdering the seats.
Looking SEXY! The TypeR not you bro! Lmmfao! I finally got my 1 owner 91 Tahitian Green Pearl Si Hatch from California and cant wait to do coils on it and wheels! Ill send you pics on IG msgr when i do! Keep up the good content man im always watching for new Vids to drop!
There's no way that car has lost any power. That fuel treatment is snake oil. My DC2-R has 176k miles on it and pulls just as hard as a 60k mile example.
yes! new video. I just had the entire suspension restored on my 95 Civic to OEM stock. Now it rides like 1995 again.
Nice! I’m not so much a fan of stock height and body roll. Haha. But it’s the time to start restoring these to stock to increase their value now.
@@crxseth the only thing left to restore on my Civic is the paint. And perhaps the most expensive part of the project. lol...
Welcome back! Great to see the update!
Thanks! This one was definitely a challenge to get accomplished and out there, even as simple as it is.

Thanks! It was initially too low, but I like this height. Some would still say it’s too low like this.
Such a beauty! Good to see some content from you again! 👍🏻
Thanks for watching. Maybe next time won’t be such a big break. :)
Car is absolutely beautiful and it's good to see you again, man.👍
Thanks! Good to be back!
ITR... What can I say, I am a fan.
Man the car is looking mint! I was waiting for a long time for this video :D Can´t wait for more DC2 content!
Thank you! It’s been a long time coming! Hoping some more work on it soon.
Type r is clean af! Love your car style. Keep it up bro.

It came out immaculate! Very, very nice! Looking forward to the rest of the suspension refresh!
You and me both!
You're back with ITR!
Finally! Welcome back sir. We all missed you 🥹
Appreciate that! Thanks for the support!
So awesome to see a video from you! I could tell a crxseth video just by the editing style and music, I appreciate the work you put in!
I appreciate that! I had taken several weeks off as life got a bit busy. This part-time RUclips gig is a lot of work!
Love it, dude. I'm a big fan of the channel and the fleet!
Thanks, man! I appreciate the kind words.

I’m just hoping to get the basics done before October!
Would be fun to see you do the 5 lug conversion if you are planning on doing the brakes with the OEM JDM 16" wheels.
I really like these wheels so I will probably stay 4-lug. Especially since I just spent hundreds on tires and powder coating.
Looks great Seth!
Thanks!
Soo sick dude, and them rims are gorgeous bro
Beautiful DC2 my friend. Really ain't much I'd change on it. But, then again I'm just speaking on how I like my vehicles.
Thanks 👍
Ride height looks great.
Beautiful ITR
Glad your back homie banging video💪

It’s good to be back around these parts.
08F03-SHJ-1200D weather strip for your front lip, help clean how it looks and also protects the bumper from scratchs.

Sick JDM ITR
Thanks!
Freaking sweet!

Thanks for sharing and good to know about the bushings!
Car looks great, Seth.
Thank you! 🙏🏻
YES !!!! NH0 =(Championship White) painted wheels - so done the RIGHT way... Excellent! *Edit: powdercoated
I was so excited when I saw that powder available and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Had an integra type r as a young man, they were kinda rare even than. If I knew what they would cost now...
Looks good! Another great video. Wish you would have shown the adjustment, and how to set those up out of the box. I’m going fortune auto in the 2G.
I should have, but I was honestly lucky to get recorded what I did. I’m having a hard time staying focused on RUclips with other stuff going on.
Yooo Seth tuff bro 🔥
The ITR Looks amazing, just get the camber straight and thats it.👍🏾
What are some good camber kits?
@@crxseth I use SPC, and never had issues, if you install them right.
Looks great
Thanks!

Missed the videos buddy 😮
Thanks, I hated not putting one out for so long.
@@crxseth quality over quantity 👌
WHOOP what a great update!
Thanks!
Love your videos man, what u do for a living? Wish I had the money to enjoy my hobby
Clean thank goodness you didn’t put on maxpeedingrods coils
I think the Honda community would ban me if that were to happen. I mean, I’ve already pushed the limits of that.
Nice video like all the other
But one question why your itr have 4 lug in the wheels original it have 5 in Europe version
The 1996-1997 JDM Integra Type R came with 4x114.3 lug pattern.
Probably a downgrade in suspension... You should have gone with GC sleeves and the Spoon dampers. Probably better than those Silvers?
Not sure how easily sleeves will mate with these dampers. It’s designed for stock springs.
@@crxseth they work perfectly. I have spoon dampers with gc sleeves on my JDM 98 type r sedan.
I almost waited 😉, Seth…
The Type R looks excellent! What was the name of the powder?

@@crxseth Thank you!
Random question whered you say you purchased your integra from again?
VistecR Imports.
🔥🔥🔥
I thought type R is 5 bolt instead of 4 bolt wheels
96-97 JDM ITR came 4x114.3. All USDM Type R were 5 lug.

Great now sell this integra for $50,000 and roll it into an nsx. Then change the channel name to NSXSeth
Deal. Find someone to buy it for $50k.
50k 😂😂😂
Looks great sell it to me lol… enjoy it you deserve it
For the right price….
Beautiful car. But i think it's to low for a nice OEM look. Also I don't like putting some nice refurbished wheels on those rusty crusty wheel hubs.
Yeah, I will hopefully get to the brakes soon. Still lots to do!
There's no way that car has lost any power. That fuel treatment is snake oil.
My DC2-R has 176k miles on it and pulls just as hard as a 60k mile example.
Is it me or I thought the integra Type R brake set had 5 wheel nuts?
The first couple year JDM Type R’s were 4x114.3. The USDM were all 5-lug.
@@crxseth wow, you know your stuff! Great job by the way on that Type R.
Need some fresh lug nuts. Those stick out like a sore thumb
At the beginning of the video I use the old lugs, but later in the video I have new ones. :) Good eye.
How am I not first. Ugh
If you’re not first, you’re last.

Woohoo!
18th!
Haha. Count it!
Too bad it's an RHD. If you want to resell it and as it is RHD, it must be in more than impeccable condition.
