Hi John + James, sorry for late replay, been to the Blackpool airshow up there for a few days, on the way home on Monday I was on thinking of coming to see you all, but I knew you would be busy and didn't want to hold you up and get in the way, I could get back to Wrexham via Accrington down towards the M66 on to M60 and M56. Great vid! That pressure washer's a decent find! Would reccommend looking at the build plate for the make and model and getting a full set of interchangable nozzles that'll fit it, that way you can have different pressure/flows for different applications. Looks like the one you have on there at the minute is a 15 degree based on the colour (they're fairly standard afaik) - but for the heavier grease buildup that you get on the Doosan, a 0 degree (red) or even a turbo/rotary nozzle which is the best of both worlds will clear that turd buildup real quick. Combined with the heat and you'll be reet. Would suggest also detergent but that's additional money and we know what John's like with that!
Great video guys Great work by all you guys Concrete looked good James that yellow bit on the end of the lance of the new jet washer if it's what i think it is is an adjuster you swist it and it changes the jet of the lance turn it one way for a stronger jet or the other way for a weaker jet and more of a spray, James make sure Mark doing nuggets is on camera that should be well funny at best iam guessing he will do about 27 🤣🤣🤣 James them bolts on the track roller need checking about once a month because when you track around the vibration works them loose from what you showed it looked like 3 have vibrated their selfs loose and fell out and then the next time you tracked the 4th one sherd off. Some bigger rubber hose that can slide over fittings and hose - might give you a few extra months from rubbing on stuff - top tips ;) (easier said than done tbf and it might be hard to get a sleeve on - but it's something i've done loads and it does help)
Look this up. the smaller the bore on a pipe and the longer it is, quicker the water pressure drops off. you bought a cheap 10mm hose at 30 meters,so the pressure had dropped off. should have gone for a 5/16th or a 3/4 inch pipe for a unit that size. Or cut the pipe in half

U wouldve got some off that junk inbetween ur rollers and tracks. Also check the rollers near that one and make sure the bearings are ok they have tensioners on em aswell if there not 100% u can get sloppy tracks

U might aswell dig it deep get the cause of the problem out and fill it with something compactable and compact the hell out of it and poor a thick slab to handle the weight even ur patch jobs dig the junk out and wen u do if u do the whole yard its less shit spots to fix if u just keep filling it everytime it crack n sinks. But honestly u guys are so busy u need a bigger purpose built yard but i know everything im saying is easier said than done plus its big money. The traffic u guys get u need concrete 200mm even 400 and good reo its just gunna fall apart if its to thin. Not hating just my 2cents. Im a civil construction worker i build big industrial subdivisions here in australia. Anyway love the hustle n grind u guys are top bunch of young fellas ur all gunna do well. It was literally just a temp fix to keep everything running the following week we do have plans to start major concrete work through out the yard 10 Inch thick with rebar everywhere . Like you said though it’s all just big money and time ! We will do it though !

Not sure about the pressure washer. The plate says 100Bar. My home machine is 1 ½ times that. The flowate can't be much better 'cos your supplying it with effectively a garden hose. Keep up the good work and really get to cleaning that machine and look after it, It is your lifeline......
Those racks of cars in the middle of your yard take up so much room you need to redizine your layout of your property to get much needed space move thing around the crusher should be on the other side of the property and the racks should be where the crusher is so there out of the way open the middle of the yard up there so much waisted space send the drone up take I picture and redizine the whole area
I don’t know why u strip all bare doors down, I understand u sell mechanism and wiring loom etc. but the time and labour. Plus when I buy doors, I stay away from bare doors due to the amount of time and labour of rebuilding etc.
