Part from cab 15 part number 301 (door handle) has been placed in the crate where the injector 168 part no 481 came from 31:19 . Just in case you're looking for it!!!
Dear Baxenden Boys , Just an idea for you , Years ago I used to make "Man Cave " furniture out of interiors from cars using the arm rests from door cards as arm rests for front and rear seats , putting both front and rear seats on 20mm x 20mm box steal frames , I would buy each interior seats and door cards for 2 or £300 and sell the finished product for £1200 - £1400. Can't do it now due to age and disability but one if your guys could have a nice side hustle or even Baxenden Car Breakers could do a similar thing , I never had a shortage of customers and it made me a nice little earner over the years , including the original top gear set seating and a couple of Porsche dealership lounges , just an idea. Keep up the great videos , cheers
Jarred (auto save) sorry if I got the name wrong! But he should take a go pro out in the truck with him when he takes the scrap, let us see where it goes..?
ISN'T A PITTY THAT BOE HAS ONLY ONE TITTY 😊 good to see ryan showing us hiw the picking an packing work maybe we'll see more of the plus more of JOHNS scavenger hunts in the 🚗 cars 👍🏻 OW yes id just like to say james (boe) your editing skills are ace 👌🏻 👍🏻 lad
Love your videos BCB team, great to hear all the banter that sadley is becoming not acceptable in this politically correct world we live in. Well done. Keep up the great videos and keep having a laugh . Well done Ryan for showing us another side of business 👍
20K!!🎉🎉🎉 Cheers, boys! Classy limo. I would totally just drive that daily. Tried to get my wife to buy in on getting one for the family wagon. No go, so far.

Hey Guys, Congrats for getting to 100 episodes, your all as daft as buggery and god knows what really happens when you all get together for a meal...... Keep em coming. By the way keep that limo, you can start a wedding business etc with it
That limo was from near my neck off the woods what an absolutely mint car .Spray it white couple off bows and ribbons hey presto wedding limo 3ton top hat and tails for chauffeur
Good vid. Great to see appreciation for the lads. You just still need to tighten up on maintenance of the machinery. It is your lifeline, and you spend so much time, rescuing old, past it's time machines. I appreciate it's difficult but to get there you need some more reliable machines, to keep you going. Keep up the good work!!! Hopefully you'll get there.
The small hose you changed on the rotation motor fitted to the grab is a case drain. It drains any oil that bypasses the motor internals. Needs it's own low pressure return back to the hydraulic tank on the machine hence why it runs separately to the other two rotation lines on the machine. Shouldn't be a vast amount of flow from that hose hence its small size. Hope that description helps with yours and others understanding of the machine.
Head cam on the packer was cool, it would be nice to see more. Also Johns side in the office always interests me. I do scrap car pickup in BC so its also cool to see the other side of the business. Keep up the good work! Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Congratulations on 20k subs and episode 100 keep em coming great videos great lads and of course Zoe your all nuts but that’s what makes the channel unique
Did you say, "The Limo was carved up so you took the lads out for a scrap". Keep up the banter lads, you have a great team there, and indeed, you produce "One hell of a great program every time"
Well done to all of you ,,,, 20k subs from zero ! You are all stars , every one of you ,, even John ( we know he really doesn’t want stardom lol😂) What a team ,, thanks for all your help and laughter during these crazy times ,, Accy can be a ok place when it comes to reality and Normality ,, Neil from France but still on Jollies in Spain x
My first time commenting ,watched all of the 100 videos and enjoyed every one. You lads crack me up ,great content evet week. From Blackpool and pass your place quite often .. Keep up the good work boys and Zoe
Promise us you won't scrap the 100,000 sub utube button when you get there 😊 love you guys im so glad i found your channel thanks to all of you and jarod to
Well done James and John for taking the channel to 20K subs it is truly deserved it won’t be easy filming and running the yard at the same time but it’s truly appreciated your the best channel out there. Good to see Ryan getting involved and seeing that side of the business Looking forward to the next chapter what a load of scrap was a great chapter seeing the yard transform has been a pleasure to watch keep up the good work lads the video edits are getting very pro to 🙌🙌👍
Videos will continue the exact same, hopefully more videos too! Just wanna save that title space, we are waning to get more of the staff involved you don’t see much and show how different sides of the business run!
On average, the temperature where I live is six degrees higher than it is in Bash, and looking at this weekend's video, am I glad! The weather always causes chaos at this time of the year making work in the yard doubly difficult and let us not forget, twice as dangerous. As I watched you repairing the feed pipe on the big machine, I imagined James and John in 2044, sitting and looking through some of the "early" BCB videos that had turned into "All our Yesterdays" memorabilia while their nephews and sons prepared to take their places in the vast BCB Recycling Empire that had grown through the years, I wonder how mixed their feelings will be as they remember Nathan and his hydraulic oil bath, Chris and James still fighting the monster machines that were later replaced with super balers in each yard and monstrous modern equivalents of the dismantler that had years ago met its own "tipping point". Back to the present and the video was lively to say the least, a fight against freezing snow which, mixed with cold metal, is no joke. Then the limo what a memory that car is going to be in 2044!!! I think that vehicle will feature large in videos yet to come. John Astley will make a huge contribution to the maintenance, even if he concentrates mainly on the road fleet, a great stratagem James! Poor old John didn't get much of a look in to-day, giving way to Ryan's chance to give his slant on the the machinations behind the machinery. I look forward to John's assessments, they are useful for tying together the threads of what is going on in BCB world. Ryan's insight into the very important part of the eBay business was refreshing, if things go wrong here, it could mean quite a loss to BCB's income. Ryan has it taped! It's also interesting to see how well the "parts department" is organised -- a long way from the customers searching round a rocky scrap yard and removing the parts themselves. Once again thanks for the entertainment and education, best wishes.
James use the limo as the company bus and collect all the work force in the morning and drop them off at the end of the day. Keep up with the videos. 👍👍👍👍👍 And the weigh for the wheels 2137kg
Great video guys, james as a plant operator be worth investing in a “g” coupler for the dewalt grease gun mate, i have one on mine worth its weight in gold. Keep the vids coming have a great week and stay safe
I've been watching you guys since the episode when Dean and Luke first featured you on one of their vids. What a great bunch of lads, looks like it's hard graft at times but must be a great crack. Wish you all the success for 2024 boys.
Fair play to Ryan done well for the first time on your own on camera and keep up the good work everyone at the baxenden car breakers smashing it get the best forget the rest

See you on the next one guys.
love how ryan picks the door handle then puts it in the next draw and carries on picking. hope that was a 0% beer chris was drinking when he driving the truck lol.
John,James and every one at BCB, the 100 episode and 20000 subscribers you deserved it well done ,I always enjoy my Sunday and Wednesday nights watching you it's definitely better than watching the telly. I hope you have more fun with the Merc limmo before it goes to it's own funeral . Good luck every one and here's to the next chapter and to the next 20000, As always a great video Take care catch you soon😁👍
Wanna see more parts getting scanned definitely was good seeing the old kinds of different members of the team getting involved Chris Is loving it now lol 😆 😂😂😂
When there was no 100th video on Sunday night I thought the storm had taken your power out. I can see the green screen getting some use. Perhaps when John does the 'I hope everyone's alright' moves you could put a Startrek uniform and vulcan ears on him, as it's like a mind meld. Glad to see James has got a grease gun, having watched Harry Taroni bemoaning his crane operators lack of care for the machine, hoping you keep on top of it.
Play some Destiny 2. Why do I watch BCB? These lads speak the same language as me I am mechanically minded, I worked in my dads workshop since I was a kid, iv stripped cars, pulled engines out repaired salvage cars. I feel at home with these lads, I’m from London but the dirty hands with no gloves is my language. If I come up north il drop of some biscuits. Oh, pls don’t stop the 👍🏼 or the “hope ur managing” it makes me laugh in a good way. Always stay as u r lads! (As a kid I stripped my entire e46 from my drive every part got sold the shell was left for scrapper). If ur ever short of staff I’m here :)
Loving the video boys and girls, was just wondering why the top yard isn’t in the videos much anymore I reckon you could make some more use of that space. If I remember there’s gates up there as well if you have decent access you could get a mini scrapbay going and squeeeeeeze every penny out of the cars 💰I watched a few of the old videos today and it’s crazy watching now seeing how different the yard is
Morning crew. Hello I’m bubbadog. So, episode 100 and 20k subscribers. Many congratulations to all. As you know I’ve been here from the beginning watching and enjoying the ride!! I’ve said it before but the editing is just getting better all the time and that takes a lot of time to do so shout out to James bo on that! Ryan’s picking and packing was a good addition to the vid. So again well done crew and here’s to the next 100 vids and more 😎

The weight of the alloy wheel bin is going to be about 1755kg

congrats well done.. what are thoooooose, 9.6 ton for the alloy wheels
Are you guys allowed to use the old engine oil to heat your workshops or does that have to be acounted for?
The environment agency have said it’s really bad for the environment burning waste oil. However if we pay them £2000 a year it magically makes it ok 😂

Yeah I think he’s going to be doing it a lot more often! Been too many brakes recently 😆
Try a company called rock oil for oil supplies/grease
