That V6 sounds like a damn corn popper😂
or like those little firecrackers in the white thing
It sounds ok
I'm so old I remember when muffler shops made cars quieter.
Wait what… that was a thing???😀

That fkn V6 has me crying, lmfao.
You really think you can tell the difference between a V6 and a V8? Ill give you 25 if you guess the sound of these engines ruclips.net/video/bf95yKD2feg/видео.html
Good luck!
the red ss sound just like it to me
The 4 cyl actually sounds really good, but it is just weird seeing a camaro making that noise
True, it sounds like a Focus ST 😆
That 4 cyl sounded better then the v6 haha 😂
@@Armstrongdickpunch facts I'd drive that v6 off a cliff😂
Looks like a Camaro, sounds like a Civic
@@solitaire5142 Pain.
Came for the thumbnail lol I’m good now
It's hard to make a v6 sound good but I found out how to do it you need varex variable 3 inch muffler and a resonator on both sides then you will get no rasp but a extremely good tone it sounds like a v8 at idle and a Nissan gtr at higher rpm
I did a muffler delete and then put on an mbrp axle back exhaust and it sounds great. There’s no drone and it’s still loud without being annoying.
I got a 13 police interceptor sedan 3.5 with a rear muffler delete and at idle and low rpm she sounds nice and deep with a growl to her
On my v6 I had a cai, xpipe, mrt2 mufflers & the rest stock pipes. Sounded pretty deep with little rasp.
@@samsharpe884 why can’t your car be a boy?
That ZL1 is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Unaffordable
The v6 owner must really want an 8 cylinder

Great vids! but one thing I could never stand was when the pipe is ran that far into a tip where you can see it. I know there no performance gain but just always been something that rubbed me the wrong way..
Me too, especially on the red SS when there was a solid 2” of pipe sticking out of the tip with some comical slag tossed around it for a weird “weld” inside the tip
I agree, it looks really bad, but once the inside gets all chalked up with carbon you probably wont be able to tell very easily
@@menarenotwomen Its actually just a facia piece behind the pipe
Ok, glad someone said it. Especially the red ss. That was hot doggie dookie.
You just got a new sub. These are the questions we all have and you're answering. Doing the lord's work.
To make a v6 sound great and to add power or torque is putting large headers better air intake manifold and a nice exhaust system.Get it tuned and you’ll hear and see the difference.A straight piped v6 isn’t gonna cut it.I own a v6 Camaro and learned that through trial and error.
How much horsepower have you been able to add since you got her? It’s been a year since you commented, interested to hear
Don’t the V6’s have the manifold built into the head?
@@CorvZ061you can still port then, idk abt v6 camaro but in my v6 is350 its a common mod to port your manifold and throttle body
@@mikey.4is yea, you can port them. But that’s not what I was replying to. He said add “large headers” which you can’t do with a integral manifold.

the red ss sounded just like it but sounded like it was restricted
You should do a before and after on the exhaust on all of your videos
Why? These videos and all that he gives and takes time to even record is great. That would literally be pointless.
I'd buy the turbo 4 over the V6 any day of the week. Now if I could get the V8 then that would be the only choice.
Can confirm, the 4cyl with a new downpipe and exhaust sounds amazing, you wouldn’t even know it was a 4 banger
That's because it's an older v6. The 2016 and up with the active exhaust sounds way better. I've done 2 track days with them
I have the21 RS 1LE and with tune up on top of it, that v6 goes zoom zoom lmao
That doesn’t even make sense
The v6 is actually the better option in the camaro. No premium gas required.
The sound of that NA 6.2 was perfect ❤
That 3.6 sounds terrible but the rest are cool
The 3.6 sounds like a v8 but if it sounds like ass to you then its fine (¬_¬)
The SS and ZL1 sound immaculate 👌👌👌
He sounds like a younger Scotty Kilmer
Circle of life
That 4 banger turbo sounds hella nice. I like it
Yeah the i4 camaro with the turbo spool gives it a very unique sound, imagine you upgrade the turbo
The naturally aspirated V8 sounded the best to me. The 4cyl sounds pretty good, but more fitting for a modded rice burner than a Camaro. The V6, meh. Didn't sound good until he revved it up down the road. The supercharged V8 sounded a bit choked to me, but I'm sure that was the supercharger, and the amount of oil it was burning is concerning. I've heard superchargers are bad to use oil, but that was an awful lot of smoke coming from that exhaust. Would be a pain to pass an inspection with I would think.
I believe on the v6 I would want a deeper tone, I wonder if it could be fitted with headers and have no cats and go back to a Flowmaster or borla muffler to get that sound, my Grand Am Gt 2002 v6 had borla exhaust and sounded way better
The 4 banger sounds like my 2 stroke snowmobile lol but it’s sounds good tho
That V6 sounded like a 4 cylinder lmao
Awesome work on all the cars

This was a great video !!! I love every minute of it 🔥
Glad you enjoyed!
Go catless on the v4 and add a magnaflow bullet . 👌🏼🔥 Run that setup on any v6 or v8 sounds the best honestly
its inline 4 cyl. v4 isnt a thing
Only problem I have with the V6, is that they are usually the worst IRL earrape ever. There ain't a fart can Honda alive that can match the sheer amount of ear-drum shattering noise that comes from those things.
All four cars sounded good! I’m impressed
The 6 is too obnoxious, thank god for the cats, imagine how bad it would be without them
They sound so bad fully straight piped
Agreed on the straight pipe, owner will mostly likely be back, but they definitely get better if u actually know how to tame the sound
It's just soooo loud! I don't get the true duals for a V6 either. I'm thinking a resonated x-pipe might smooth things out nicely.
Love you videos dude
Oh my gosh!!! That ZL1 1LE, it always win over my heart!
The four cylinder sounds wayyyy better than the V6 that’s for sure.
I’d just keep the stock v6 exhaust for the cámaros. They were designed by engineers so they’d sound decent. Cutting it off and straight piping it just doesn’t make it justice.
I just bought the 4 cylinder turbo ‘22 and it’s got some umph to it. It’s also manual trans. I like the sound on your 4 cylinder! Great job! You did that by taking off the muffler?
Thank god you got a manual and not auto.
Get a muffler delete you’ll love it
For the v6 owners I recommend the mbrp axel back exhaust
Very good.... bravo gentlemens ....
V6 sounds perfect .... 👏👏❤️❤️
Thank you
That V6...Awesome
I love those crackles
Those tips on the ss need work fitment was good but you can see the step up so much it's like putting a 3in bolt on tip on a 1.5 in pipe paint it black inside
I love this guy
Probably the worst sounding v6, nothing sounds worse than domestic v6s 🤮
My v6 mustang gets some love on the exhaust. But its not raspy like this
Side by side, a 3.7 mustang sounds exactly like a VQ lol don’t know what you’re going on about, I had a lot of racing videos with 370z’s but I had to temporarily take them down since I’m in the process of getting into law enforcement
@@FerRod2113 to be fair the 3.7 is a domestic Vq
That green ZL1 😎😎😎
Also how much did it cost to do a muffler delete on the 4 cylinder turbo?
Took the X-pipe and H-PIPE which have been proven to make more torque and horse power lol plus change the sound of the exhaust... The cats are what need to be removed for more sound fyi...
Unfortunately with the x pipe you lose low-end torque
I think that the guy in the V6 should have left the resonators on. I’m saying that as an owner of a 2016 X piped camaro with a muffler delete. However, it doesn’t matter how many cylinders you have in your engine. If you take off the resonators it will drone & it won’t sound pretty.
What’s about cats and mufflers
100% ! That raspy top end sucks.
The 4cyl one almost has a rotary sound the v6 is bitchin lol love the sound of a bunch of gm v6's the 3.8 series 2 sounds damn good with a header n 3 inch straight pipe and naturally can never go wrong with a v8
That’s crazy… the 4 banger sounded better than the V6… it’s just something about the V6 Camaros. 98% of the ones I heard with exhaust mods sound broken.
Tips that shoot fire?
my lawnmower sounds better than the v6
I don't get it, why do v6s sound so terrible?
@@theundeadmonkey4365 it’s not the v6 itself, it’s the exhaust on this particular one 🤢

I like the naturally aspirated v8 one
If either one of the 4 or 6 cylinder cars where my neighbors ....... I buy a pallet of cinder blocks to throw threw their windshield each time they started them turd boxes. Sounds like a leaky exhaust manifold. The 6.2 cars don't sound too bad if you could clean up the raspy sound. . Loudness doesn't replace quickness. My Cadillac Vsport would dissappear from all of them except the ZL1 and they'd think twice b4 messing with something they can't hear coming. Stealth is sleeper .
Oh your land whale of a Cadillac v-sport will drag all these cars? I beg to differ, the i4 will take your ass from a dig. Even the v6, you ain’t touching no SS you shouldn’t even be worried about the ZL1 with that 5 second 0-60 buddy 😂
How much does the delete run, I'm thinking of doing it for my 2.0 2019 camero also how much increase if any in hp ? Please
the v6 sounds horrible
that ecobost is the best
Me personally I like pretty much any 4 banger over any v6 and most inline 6
The 4.3l sounds good (at least from the 90’s). Mine doesn’t sound mean but it sounds good. Threw the flowfx in there and replaced my clogged cat with a cheap universal. I think jeeps inline 6 sounds pretty good too if I remember correctly (at least the ones from mid 2004 and lower)
Pretty much all 4 bangers sound like trash. Only good one is a proper subaru. Other than that it’s v8 all day..
i would take an inline six over most 4 bangers and V6 engines. Some of the most reliable and powerful inline engines are the inline sixes. They are also smoother and easier to work on.

Cummins 6BT 12 valve
International DT-466

I can just imagine if dodge ever made a challenger/charger that’s a 4 cylinder I would wonder what it would sound like
Impressed by the v6, wow! That v8 roars better though
im suprised the v6 was that loud but it doesn’t sound good

It don't trust me

The v6 sounds good idk what u sayin
@@hellcattrisk_2430 there is a resonance on nearly all v6 engines. When they rev it up, it's all I can hear.
I'm not saying every v8 sounds amazing, but I am saying that nearly all v6s have that resonance on decel. Maybe the old odd-fire v6 sounds differently, but the traditional bank-to-bank firing order creates a sound that I don't like.
On a traditional v8 engine, the firing order is 1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2. 4 and 7 are out of sequence and fire on the same bank only 90⁰ of crankshaft rotation after the previous cylinders (1 and 5). 3 and 2 fire 270⁰ after the previous cylinder on that bank (1 and 6). That void followed by the quick dual pulses creates the burble of a v8 exhaust.
But that is not even the whole story. A v8 with a y pipe and single exhaust system should have equal pulses reaching the tailpipe every 90⁰ of crankshaft rotation. But they still sound different than a v6.
Again, it's subjective. I just don't typically like the sound of v6 or 4 cylinder engines. There are exceptions, but that's just my opinion.
@@hellcattrisk_2430 I just went back and rewatched the video. I stand by my original statements. The v6 sounds terrible. Just because it's loud and had high volume doesn't necessarily mean it sounds good. The v6 is just a loud buzzing noise to me.
