  • I wanted to do a quick video to show the size difference between the Jackery 1000 and its main competitor, the EcoFlow Delta 1300. I also show the cheaper alternatives to the 1000; the Jackery 500 and the new EcoFlow River 600 series.

I was really considering the EcoFlow, but the buzz about their poor customer service is deterring me from proceeding. Has the customer service improved? Today is November 21, 2021.

Helpful (somewhat). I was trying to decide between Eco Flo 1300 & Jackerey 1000. I was really interested in the Eco Flo ($1399 right now) as opposed to $999 for the Jackery). I've heard the customer service for Eco Flow is almost non-existent so I'm really hesitant to do it......too bad it's a nifty piece of equipment).

I am using EF's product, and I would say they are awesome! Check out their fast charging rate, reach 80% in an hour. Jackery can never beat that lol

I like the 500, just plug a usbc adapter into the cigarette port. I just leave one in there. The new ones have mppt too.

I do the same on all my solar generators. Aukey makes a nice small powerful one.

I feel like this video is a bit biased being that he repeatedly says he loves his jackery. I can't help but wonder that this is a paid promotion for Jackery as well 🤔.

Ecoflow is a garbage company. I’ve had nothing but headache experience with their River Max and River Pro with Extra Battery. Their power stations / solar generators love to blow 10A, 15A, 20A, and 25A fuses in my vehicle while charging over the 12V DC to XT60 power connector. Literally the ONLY device plugged in and charging. Fuses pop like popcorn! Never had this issue with any of my Jackery Explorer power stations. And yes, I made sure to update the system to the latest firmware via the OTA update from the app along as enable “Quiet Charging” in hopes that knocking down the charge rate from the AC input side had some effect on lowering the charge surges and spikes on the DC side to save my fuses. NOPE! Didn’t make a damn of a difference. Ecoflow products are junk! The 1-Star reviews on Amazon are just piling up!
