I cook old my mom way. It is still delicious without sugar. Korean food sugar after sugar. The old original Korean recipe is no sugar at all μž‘μ±„. Spinach is not one minute, it will be saggy especially baby spinach, boiling water with salt, put in and taken out right away. A lot of Korean are diabetic more become. Put that much sugar in every food, that is not the way to cook Korean food. I am a nurse I did not like that kind of recipe. I am watching a lot of RUclips Korean food but unnecessary sugar adding. Korean foods are good healthy food and tasty without sugar adding.
