    When i realized it was about an airsoft HK416 i was like "Wtf dude" but i stayed because of production quality and how much you know you way around an airsoft and your professionalism on how to mod it, You just drop the screws in one pile and just puts it back together that shows that you know your shit. Cool shit dude You have potential to grow this chanell very well!

      Tnt inner barrel I suppose, right? I have a question, where did you get the airsoft rifle from? I can't find it anywhere in europe in stock lol. Only at wgc but they're in hongkong and I don't want to deal with taxes.

    • @tubiou
      @tubiou 5 месяцев назад

      I got an unicorn barrel, mapleleaf bucking like mentioned in the video, plus a hopup arm with a omega nub.
      Works great so far, but I also got the TNT hopup chamber + barrel combo here which I never tried.

      @@tubiou interesting, is proactstore their site? I'm trying to look it up and got that as a first result, the price of the 416 is comparable to that on wgc, although wgc asks like 100 euros in shipping while these action guys say it's free. Did you have to pay any tax when you received it? What shipping method did it say they used?

    • @tubiou
      @tubiou 5 месяцев назад

      Jup it’s the store, they also got lots of upgrades. You’ll get a shipping quote via mail and yes customs got their hands on and charged me VAT.

    • @vali69
      @vali69 5 месяцев назад

      @@tubiou I see, how do you even pay vat in that case? This never happened to me when buying stuff from china for example. Well whatever. I'm now looking at viper tech... I think I'm going to spend a lot of time in the near future researching gbbrs and might not buy this umarex one in the end lol. But whatever, I'm not even planning on playing the airsoft game, I just want a realistic gbbr to display most of the time and shoot paper targets and cans in the weekend.

    FWIW you could cut 1mm polycarbonate to the exact shape of the front lens, but leave two "wings" which you bend (without scoring), which you can either thicken with tape to wedge or double sided tape to the inside of the Eotech hood, that way they will be almost entirely invisible without the need for the cable ties tabs you have there. I use this method to protect all three of my rs Eotechs ;)

    What a great video, thank you for making that. I use maple leaf buckings as well, I am wondering if you have had tried different kinds. Would like to know your input, for example the Mr. Hop is a great idea creating an R like hop But in my case didn’t work that well. My best results with range and accuracy are with the super hop and the wonder.
    The mr hop 85/80 degree silicon wasn’t too bad either.
    I play with co2 only.
    What’s your experience with the maple leaf buckings?

    • @peter11256
      @peter11256 Год назад +2

      Not op, but MR Hop or any other bucking that emulates Rhop are made to be used with heavy (0.36g+) BBs and higher muzzle speeds. That's why they were created back than, to send heavy ass BBs across the field. If you try it in a different setup it may not wield good results because this is a very sensitive setup meant to apply the maximum amount of backspin on BBs that are hard to lift.

    • @TomiHarley
      @TomiHarley Год назад +1

      @@peter11256 I tried from 0.28-0.49g bbs with higher fps and lower fps.
      Thank you for your input I highly appreciate that.

    • @peter11256
      @peter11256 Год назад +1

      @@TomiHarley hey there.
      Nice, didn't you have good results with the higher weights at high speeds (1.8J+) using Mr. Hop ?

    • @TomiHarley
      @TomiHarley Год назад +1

      @@peter11256 yes, the silicon version of the Me. Hop 85F wasn’t too bad but it seems that I’m getting better results with the super hop and just recently got the wonder, so far it seems to be good. I still want to test it out more and see which one really is better. In one gbbr i still have the mr hop silicon 80F and in the other I have the wonder 75F rubber.
      With mr hop I tried lower degrees too (silicon version) didn’t seem to be working as good as the higher degrees, even with lower fps. It could be due to co2 higher pleasure and the silicon being softer maybe that was the reason why the lower degree didn’t work as well.
      Also very important to note, Vipertech hop up is very different and some one ice age technology compared to other hop ups form today. They use a Ball bearing to press down on the hop, which isn’t ideal for a maple leaf like bucking. I did flatten the ball but it’s not curved to where for the mr hop I’d say is more important then a super, wonder, deception bucking. Since with these bucking the pad can freely come down with less pressure, causing the pad not to get deformed from the flat surface that pushing it down.
      The idea of MR hop is fantastic and should be superior to others. In reality, I’d say it depends on the hop up unite.

    • @peter11256
      @peter11256 Год назад +1

      @@TomiHarley yeah, I also find that higher hardness works better for gbbrs as well. I did little tests with silicone buckings, only with pistols, since the consensus seems to be NBR rubber is still superior for every application besides veery low temperatures. Recently I have done more nub related tests, they seem to affect hop consistency much more than the bucking (at least for GBBRs) in my experience. I have tried a plethora of nubs and funny enough, the one that worked better so far was a DIY nub. My hop is much more consistent with it.
