Lack of innovation isn't really the issue. Apple's lineup is filled with mature products by now. No room (or need) for major innovation. It's appropriate that the yearly improvements are incremental rather than revolutionary. Apple's only real problem is that all their products are overpriced, 15%-20% too expensive.

If I had an iPhone X I would also won’t upgrade until a fully gives up, which is probably in the next few years but since my android was busted a few months, I don’t know. I got an iPhone 14 and not gonna lie I kinda like it, but if I had the chance to use an iPhone X, yeah I would not upgrade into it actually dies so I agree with you.
Bro We all miss Steve Jobs !!! No doubt but with Tim the services we have received is what is measured But we’ve grown so much that phone designs you can only do so much I’d welcome back the “S” cycle era for upgrades!
Yes. The S era has to return and maybe even double S. 15s Pro sounds weird but we will just have to get used to it. As an S upgrade, there wouldn’t be this much bs about the iPhone 16
Dude the iPhone looks basically the same as it did 5 years ago . They still haven't put any real attention into making Siri better until now . They just put out the new iPad mini and the presentation has the sam wallpaper from 3 years ago. New iMac no change , AirPods Max , no change , people like you are the real reason Cook puts greed and profit over innovation. He knows people like you will fall for the marketing and just keep buying no matter what they do
The problem with Jonny Ives was he wanted to remove ports left right and centre. At least Tim Cook is adding them back so we don’t need as many dongles all the time.
That's what you giving Cook credit for lol. Also you're wrong that's not why he left lol. He wanted to show his talents for innovative ideas and Cook just wanted to focus on profit
I think if you look at Apples past and all the CEOs that Apple went through. Steve Jobs was the only one to continue to innovate and make products that people love while not really caring about what share holders had to say. The other CEOs only cared about making Apple more valuable and the shareholders and not caring about innovation. Now we have Tim Cook and he has continued to innovate incrementally and made some huge technological advancements while growing Apple into one of the most successful companies in history. So he’s done more than most CEOs and has been very balanced in my opinion. Although we want more innovation, it’s debatable if we’ve reached peak screen technology. But that’s a whole other discussion.
We haven't reached anywhere NEAR peak ecosystem software services though. And this is where Jobs would have been far out ahead of what Apple is currently doing. It's asleep at the wheel in personal assistant, smart home, interdevice ecosystem possibilities... comparatively speaking to what Jobs would have done. Because I know. All the ideas are even out there among techie Apple fans and still not being done. Whereas Jobs usually got the idea a half or full year before the other techies did and beat them to it.
I used to be a really huge fan of apple. Now I'm just ok with them. I used to be excited to get the newest and best of their products. I still think they are great, but they kind of hit a plateau. I bought a brand new m3 macbook pro and I still use my old intel imac. I also have an iphone 12 pro max. I used to update my phone ever other year, and now I'm debating if I should get the 16 pro or if I should just wait for the 17 now. The lack of real updates make me not want to upgrade. A power boost isn't enough for me. I was actually thinking about getting apple air pod maxes especially when I heard the 2nd gen was coming out, but they did nothing to really upgrade it. They just put USB-C on it and changed the colors, so because of that I ended up getting a different head set. I do hope they do better, but apple definitely hasn't been as exciting as they used to be.
Their designs are like their trademark, like the phone is similar in design to their other stuff, even their Apple TV remote, I think that's a good thing rather than a bad thing. Their design theme is perfect imo so why change it. The decision to move to Arm based hardware with the M1 chip was innovative, and that was under Tim Cook tbf I don't think the iPhones needed an extra camera button though
Technology 360 degrees has been at an innovative stagnation. Look at VR, PC building, Gaming in general… I’ve watched generation of each aspect and there is nothing worth stalking the internet anymore… I have transitioned from 14 years of Samsung to Apple just to try something different and while most have hated this years iPhone, it was enough difference to appreciate even though some apple functions have been on other Samsung phones while I was in High school.
I think iPhone innovations have slowed because what else is there to really change? In the beginning, of course there were annual advancements and style changes. But that isn’t really sustainable. It’s a phone, a web browser, plays videos, plays music, has a huge amount of apps. A flashlight. Well, it could have a built-in wall projector. Possibly a 3-D camera. At one time, there was rumors of an iPhone Nano. They could make it waterproof to 100’. Add a laser. What else does it need? What do you want to see? Its camera is near-perfect. The picture is outstanding. Maybe these phones were sort of like your toys and now that you’re older, they don’t excite you anymore. I upgraded to 16 Pro Max for the larger screen.
I really don’t know what people expect at this point. Technology has come so far from when Apple was shaking up the market. At this point it’s only so much you can do with a smartphone.
Tim hasn't ruined Apple. Yes, I took had that opinion at one point, especially during the iPhone 6,7,8 period where little changed while android phones were exploding with innovation. However the market has settled now and there is little innovation across the board. And no, a folding phone is not the future, nobody wants a folding phone except a few niche people. Also don't just look at iPhone, look across the board. The Mac is better than it's ever been, the iPhone is better than it's ever been, same with the iPad and Watch. These are all very good products that people love and sell well. Yes there is room for improvement on some products but overall Apple is a team of leaders who make decisions together. Apple is a team effort so you can't pin everything on Tim. I think he's honestly doing his best. Remember, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniaks are rare in our world. You can't measure Tim by comparing him to Steve.
Wow do Apple sheep really not look at what Android is doing lol. Do you think Cook will be mad at you or something . Your statement about folding phones is also wrong . Sales have gone up every year as they get better did you even check that
Oh wow your really really young, the iPhone came out one year after I graduated high school. I’m not super deep invested in iPhone far as most not remotely, my first iPhone was the the 13 Pro Max lol I’ve ALWAYS been a late bloomer. Buts it’s really kool to see and hear all the day one Apple lovers talk about the good ol Apple days and how far Apple has fallen it’s a bitter sweet experience for me to say the least. I do hope Apple get themselves together and get back to what made Apple Apple.
Tim Cook at Apple is like what's happening at Boeing. Elon at SpaceX is the format that corps should be following. Follow the leader not the stockholders
I don't think Tim Cook is responsible for the market value that Apple has achieved. It's Apple's solid history, with the improvement of technologies, such as increased internet speed and mobile internet speed, as well as the expansion and improvement of everything we can do on the internet.. Today we live connected lives and we need these devices for that more than ever. If Steve Jobs was still at the company it would have grown the same or more. My impression is that since Steve Jobs died, Apple has stopped being authentic, that slogan "think different" no longer exists.
To someone who’s prime interest is tracking Apple’s development, it’s critical to have thoughts and talk about them, but to most people using their products, it mostly passes them as nothing more than existential matters not concerning them much at all!
Cellphones are now a mature market. Laptop's have been a mature market for at least the last decade. Acessories and peripherals are also a fairly mature market as well. Look at the price of TV's. technology is maturing and products are becoming more like the appliances market. You only buy a fridge when the old one dies. I think Apple needs to start thinking of their products s appliances and not innovate technologies.
Def seems like we have hit that gap where we are "upgrading" out of necessity vs ground breaking change, as far as design goes I say if its not broken don't try and fix it I have been more than happy with the over all designs over the last few years, when it comes to hardware I do agree we have hit that wall of what we can put into the phone while still keeping it practical enough to carry around and cheap enough to want to afford buying. I think the real wave of innovation from year to year is in software not hardware and I think that will be more apparent in the coming months and years as AI grows more dominant in the role it will play in devices.
I’ve been saying this for years! I haven’t felt the visceral emotion that iPhones illicit since the iPhone X. I remember the first time I saw it at Best Buy and I turned it on and my eyes started watering. It feels like that was last great phone by Apple, and I’m glad I’m not the only one to feel that way. Apple is giving its users predictable crumbs.
I totaly agree I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and still not convinced to upgrade even though I love photography and it's the only reason to upgrade. Also My IPad 10 pro is great but I can't justify upgrading ???
Without a doubt, Apple has been falling down very badly with Accessability lately.I am totally blind and use Apple's VoiceOver screenreader. Recently, I have noticed more VoiceOver bugs in when updates come out, and these bugs don't get fixed in a timely manner. The saying I keep hearing in the blind community is his this would never have happened in Steve Jobs day“. The reason I switched to Apple in the first place was that whenever Apple updated its software, the screen reader was updated in line with that and usually worked well. if something was broken in the screen reader, it would usually be fixed within a week or two. this is now not the case.
Totally agree with you. I ve got an M1 Macbook Air and i am so frustrated. There is not even one led light to show you the level of the battery when charging , there are only two usb c ports which is ridiculous , there is no sd card slot , when you open the laptop , before you press the power button it powers on and so many other changes they made that for me they destroyed what Steve has created all those years. Instead of making good changes they tried to save money and not care about the users. Tim should have gone yesterday
I beg to differ, Apple is better under Tim Cook in many ways, we have great battery life that wouldn’t have been possible under Steve Jobs without some drastic changes. Tim Cook has improved Apple in the things that I care about, battery life and functionality but Apple has gotten worse under Cook in their upgrades over each year but the good outweighs the bad in my opinion. The biggest issue with Apple besides the lack of innovation is their product lineup is far too bloated and they need to trim the lineup and here’s a controversial take, if Apple focusing more on battery life which has lead to thicker phones contributed to Ive leaving then I’m glad he left because battery life is really important to me and is one of the reasons why I stick with Apple.
Went from 4,4s then a 6,then 6sPlus then a 12proMax then to the 12 mini where I’m staying . I absolutely love my mini it definitely brought me back to the days of when the phones were exciting to have so I hope more mini or 5.4 sizes again ,I have an iPad a Mac and a watch
The issue is that every iPhone in the last 3 years has been great. Because of that, there’s no reason to upgrade. They’re not making it seem like a real upgrade every year
If I was being completely honest, the iPhone 12 / 12 pro max was the last true monument leap for the iPhone and that’s the iPhone that I’m still using today after 12 every other phone has just been a S model of the 12
I'm 58 and am finalizing my purchases so I get off the tech treadmill. I was on the iPhone 13 pro. Great phone. I was going to just replace the battery and keep that for a few more years but now with Apples AI It was clear that moving to the iPhone 16 Pro made sense since I expect to keep it for at least 5 years if not ten. I might look at the iPhone 21 since I usually follow the Fibonacci upgrade program. But I don't expect to move to the iPhone 34 since I don't think I will be around to use it.😇
I used to be one of the ones laughing at the AirPods even though I’ve been with iPhone since the X. I finally decided to try the newest ones which are great. I just wish they had more bass
I'm still using my iPhone 7 I've been an Apple fan since the late 80s my personal feelings on it is maybe bring back a new CEO,... Perhaps the other co-founder,... I believe he's still alive,.... I think his name was Steve Wozniak,.... Maybe bring back Johnny Ives,.... Just an idea
No, Ive needs to stay gone, under as iPhones under Ive was form over function and battery life was bad and was the butt of jokes. It’s no coincidence that I came back to Apple while Ive had left Apple a year earlier.
New Crapple. Been buying nothing but apple pro tech since 2004, and I was a very late adopter. Before that I was a Linux pc user. For the first time since 2004 I’m looking at android phones and windows laptops that have reasonable power management and sleep. There’s no benefit to paying £1200 for a 120hz iphone and £2000+ for a mx MacBook when I can pay £600 for a 120hz android and £900 for a 16gb snapdragon x elite windows laptop with windows subsystem for Linux. Why should I pay so much money for 16gb ram? Apple really need to upgrade their base models. And when they do it will be too little too late, many of us will have moved on. They don’t have the killer app any more.
This is such a weird, hype-boy disappointment, staring at the abyss of one's existentialism, because the dwelled upon muscular hero didn't imagine itself to equal the imagination. It's OK to be disappointed little guy, we all go through it. As you mature into adulthood, you'll realise that your heroes aren't necessarily your gods. We in the industry have a cure for that, and we call it economic choices.
The market has spoken and even Steve Jobs would have no choice but to increase the screen size of the iPhone and iPhone 6 was the last thing Steve Jobs was working on before his death, you may not like large screens but if that’s where the market was headed then Steve couldn’t do anything about and while Steve loved small screens, he is a business man and wasn’t stupid, he would have had to make bigger phones and they’d one thing he was wrong about with him mocking the original Galaxy Note.
@@Adamtendo_player_1 That 'maybe' true but their are many things that he would have significant push-back on and would have taken much longer to implement. I hear people saying this or that 'is so unApple' because it is less elegant etc. I think, for the most part, Apple slightly loosening those constraints has been good. I think using a different approach can shake things up a bit and I think Apple is better for it as a whole.
The last 6 iPhone iterations have had purely incremental improvements. Absolutely NOTHING groundbreaking. This year's iteration has been the worst. The Camera Control button is highly polarizing. Apple Intelligence isn't even shipping yet and it's far from ready for primetime. The 16 will still sell, but I wouldn't be surprised if its sales stagnate. There is no magic to Apple products any more. Apple is a giant of a corporation, so it's hard to stop its growth unless the CEO really, really screws up. I'll give Tim Cook credit for not really, really screwing up.
There’s nothing more boring than minor spec bumps. Or slightly slimmer bezels. And then there’s the new AirPod Max. What were they thinking . Their flagship headphones have less features and older technology than AirPods Pro 2. They are favorite company that are trying to make me hate them.
Apple needs a folding phone like the Z Fold. Samsung has made foldable for six years now. They have had plenty inspiration to draw from. They could buy one each year and take it apart with tge intent to reverse engineer / make better.
I am 35, I live with my parents, i owrk part time making sandwiches on 3rd shift at an off brand grocery store. My life is pathetic, but holy shit are you guys on a completely different level, that you need a corporation to define yourselves with. I feel bad for you
Personally I haven’t had super excitement for ANY tech product in years. Instead what I find is that I have a quiet realisation that I love some piece of tech after using it for sometime. Why is this? Maybe it’s just part of getting older, maybe it’s just that a lot of tech is mature. Hell the last 2 major impactful innovations I can think of are LCD and SSD however somethings like wireless tech have crept up and now I couldn’t live without my Sonos or AirPods or streaming services? Hell RUclips is basically one of my main source of info. Few changes now are instant most are creeping. Sorry for rambling. I just think that the whole Apple is lost because it doesn’t innovate is basically FUD.
It does just work and for me they will always win. I always try an android phone alongside my iPhone every now and then. I currently have an S24 ultra but it’s going to be sold. It’s a nice phone but it’s not the iPhone and it doesn’t fit into my ecosystem. Using it becomes like a chore.
There is an increasing feeling that Apple are just releasing the same products over and over again. Like Blackberry their bubble will burst eventually.
Apple has lost its touch in In creativity of the iphone under Tim Cook so to answer that it was better with the with Steve since we would get a thrill that something new and big is going to change from the iPhone but these days nobody does its like we expect the same thing each year so I think Tim does the numbers better but we need that thrill Steve gave us
Warren Buffet has recently SOLD $150 Billion worth of APPLE Stock. I think that says it ALL. iPhone 16 is NOT selling like they wanted it to and APPLE are out of ideas and are declining and lagging behind the Other's. Good deals in Australia on iPhone 15 pro's atm. However everyone is hanging out for the iPhone 17 next year. I use the SE2020 still as my daily driver.
Honestly I think the excitement has turned into a little disappointment I too used to be so excited for their yearly launch. Excited for that shiny new product. Now that seems to have gone away. Do I still love Apple. Yes yes indeed. Nothing functions like it. There is nothing better (in my opinion). But I agree something is off and maybe a new ceo could change that.
I believe Apple makes a real good quality product, therefore one can keep their iPhone or iPad or MacBook longer. I stayed with my iPhone 8 for the longest because it worked before I got the iPhone 15, still have my iPad Pro M1 and MacBook Pro M1. I like innovation but I also love quality…Apple wins all day everyday in the latter category for me.
My view on it is this: Apple is settling down now. They have become an established brand now. Tim Cook is nowhere near the creative mind that Steve Jobs was. But I actually like the fact that they have settled now, building upon the designs of the Jobs era. I haven't liked the iPhone 6-11 design. Intel Macbooks were another rocky road as we have always have known Apple to be from their humble beginnings. Sure they are done inovating when it comes to product design. But it's time for other kids to show their talents. Apple did somethin beautiful: show other people that the odd one out can eventually find its place! Brands like HP, LG, Samsung, Dell, HTC, ... make such forgetful designs so in order to survive, they rely on having products in every segment of the market. That is why brands like Sony and samsung are still alive... But they leave in no way a lasting impression. IBM about died and got rescued by the Chinese... And the thing that kept them alive was harking back to the design for which people loved their laptops. Apple needed no such rescue... Apart from collaborations with other established brands, they stayed afloat by themselves!
This is because of no competition just Samsung and apple if Huawei comes back to the game there will be some competition between all of them the they want to be innovative to survive but that is just my thoughts
I'm a Google pixel fan and Samsung I have used them both and I like the two better than the iPhone I did not like apple from the start I always loved android phones but I'm sorry to hear that apple not doing well apple have did some from the start. And I don't blame them it's the way it's is
Yeah I don’t disagree, but I’m reserving judgement whilst emerging tech (AI) comes to fruition. Design?….stale Upgrades?……stale Innovation?….TBD for another couple years. The entire industry is on hold at the moment until the ‘next big bet’ occurs or matures. Until then, is on cruise control so they remain relevant to their fans and shareholders. In other words: stay tuned.
The latest Version has no Benefits unless you have an older version so why upgrade to this iphone 16 unless you have an older iphone!!! What are you getting from Upgrading? Not much unless you have an older version and just need to Upgrade!!! Wait for the 17 Upgrade and be Happy!!!
Besides Steve Jobs dying the biggest hit to Apple was Johny Ives leaving, he was the Apple innovator since day one. Tim Cook should have given total control, money and freedom to Johny Ives to do whatever he wanted to do, the innovation stopped when Johny left Apple. Yeah, Tim Cook made Apple billions of dollars but that still would have happened with Johny on board. Nowadays, Apple seems to just be playing catch-up to Samsung in many ways. I’ve owned every series of iPhone since day one and have upgraded every year, this year I have not upgraded and am sticking with my 15 Pro. The 16 series is extremely underwhelming, the addition of the camera button is just a total worthless stupid gimmick and the Dynamic Eyesore is just another gimmick that won’t go away. The iPhone 16 series has me seriously looking at the soon to be released Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Too bad becouse they drop thier price of locking buyer .happen now in china. Droping thier sales declining now and ranking at number 3 spot as of noew in sales
See, I would say the latter of what you say. Tim Cook has help Apple find a place where most of it user can enjoy their products & services. See, I be the first to admit I not an Ive’s fan and really hated Apple products while he was in control over at Apple. Ive’s wanted smaller and smaller devices. While I not saying that was a bad thing in the long run, just the time he was trying to do it. It really sucked! When Ive’s design stuff Apple was nothing more than a status symbol that it! Today, Apple looking forward as a consumer focused company. The team listen to the user more today than Apple ever has in the past. It show in almost every way on iOS 18. Apple makes product’s that people want to use everyone day now. Not product’s they have to have because the write apps for the apps store. The only product I really don’t see a road map for right now is the iPad’s. The mini update sucked and iPadOS is in the limbo status right now. iPadOS is like a cross between a half baked Mac & iPhone. It really hasn’t found it place yet. So, not every product that Apple sell is great yet! But the product’s that are like iPhone, Watch, Mac’s, & Air Pods they are great and reliable products. Especially since the launch of Big Sur when the User Interface of macOS was done. That older version sucked in so many ways I won’t even start. When you’re computer is fast enough you won’t even notice the difference in a 20% enhancement gains, How are you really supposed to sell that. I don’t think this is an Apple problem, I think this is a Technology problem in general. We used to buy a new laptop for less than a 10% enhancement to speed, because it would improve our workflow. Now we look at 20% as it not an improvement at all. It their but unless you are doing a long running task you will never notice it. We have an Application full loaded on a screen in milliseconds if not faster. You blink you might miss it for most applications. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know Xcode still doesn’t load all that fast but maybe one day. See, I purchased the May 2020 MacBook Pro with the 10nm Intel Processor. Pretty much the two reason why I upgraded is the new MacBook design & Apple switching over to arm architecture. That is it! That is a MacBook many people never got to use cause it only had a seven month lifespan. Today, I still have an M1 because it is fast enough for what I do with a MacBook. Mind you I not exporting video all the time either. But I do build my own programs and run multiple applications on that MacBook Pro. If the M1 is fast enough why upgrade? Let’s not even get onto the topic of Vision Pro. I think this is a big mistake from Apple, but kinda understand it a little. If Microsoft been in the game longer and canceled mix reality. Why does Apple think they can pull this off. The concept is see people moving towards is Google Glass, and yes I kinda know that is Vision Pro is going. But yeah it is still innovation. At the end of the day innovation isn’t only in hardware gain, or a new product. It sometimes refining what you already have to make it sustainable in the long run. With the enhancement to Swift, Swift UI, & other frameworks Apple has built. I can’t really say they quit innovation. I personally think they see the writing on the wall. How do we move forward after making one of the fastest processors to date. Really how many more Technology product’s do we need. I can think of one that would be interesting, but do I need it no not really. The biggest question is would I buy it? Probably not!
Look up the word refinement. Ive designed the Humane badge, the biggest tech failure in years. Laurene Powell Jobs never did squat at Apple. Really facile, rumor-filled nonsense.
Although their phones historically have been pretty reliable. They’ve always been behind the curve on innovation with the iPhone. Android phones have been more affordable and ahead of the curve, and Apple is always racing to catch up. I would be less disappointed if they weren’t requiring a premium cost for stale technology. Furthermore I feel when commanding top premiums Apple should be delivering leading edge smartphone technology as well! So here we are now, a month into a new release of the iPhone 16 promising this great AI experience. And still no AI experience! Really 🤷🏻♂️
116th - Personally feel a big part of ALL reviews currently.... there is way more value in creating content complaining about "Tech Products" versus creating content detailing greatness/awesomeness of giving product! Along with this, iPhone we know today, has achieved most value of improvement already! Currently most ongoing improvements are "small improvements" keeping the product from being absolutely stale of being forgotten! Vision Pro was attempt in creating something very "new & fresh" for the Apple Environment. However, cost of ownership is 2x - 4x purchase price of an iPhone! Given the limitations of the Vision Pro, one is better off adding an iPad Pro to their Apple Environment of possible devices! Yea! Hahahahaha! 🍀🙀🌟 🥳😇
Apple needs what I’ll call an extreme entity! Think how Musk has SpaceX offering launch services with Falcon, but has a different group building BFR! While each is doing its thing the BFR program can try things out without the risk of the stock markets fickleness of profitability which Big Tim is always worrying about. I was expecting Beats to become that.
I’d like to add and might be a minor nit pick for people but Apple has 120hz displays yet they deliberately hold it back on some products

The decision to move to Arm based hardware with the M1 chip was innovative, and that was under Tim Cook tbf
I don't think the iPhones needed an extra camera button though
Steve Jobs in the Design Team, Tim Cook was operation team .
Totally different ideas.
They are just very different aspects 😮
Technology 360 degrees has been at an innovative stagnation. Look at VR, PC building, Gaming in general… I’ve watched generation of each aspect and there is nothing worth stalking the internet anymore… I have transitioned from 14 years of Samsung to Apple just to try something different and while most have hated this years iPhone, it was enough difference to appreciate even though some apple functions have been on other Samsung phones while I was in High school.
You have to distinguish between "innovation" and "gimmicks"...as of late, Apple is more about the latter "gimmicks" 😕
Apple is boring. Lack of innovation. Tim Cook needs to step down.
I really don’t know what people expect at this point. Technology has come so far from when Apple was shaking up the market. At this point it’s only so much you can do with a smartphone.
Can’t believe they ever stopped the iPod… an iPhone without the phone but all access to music & movie content 😏… I think they blew that one… 🥴
maturing is never exciting but it is necessary....Apple is well on its way
Apple products won’t go away anytime soon. Please tone down all those unfounded noises…
Funny to see people that have no idea of what's is going in Apple talk shit about Tim :D
I feel like for the 20th anniversary of iPhone, its going to be the bezel less iPhone that we've always wanted
Bring back butt dialing lol
Cell phones and laptops aren’t new anymore.
💯 agree, Apple is going to be one of the large corporations that is complicit with government in implementing a future surveillance state.
What innovation do you want?
The smartphone has matured, it won’t be much more than it currently is.
Still using my iPhone 13 Pro.
The biggest issue with Apple besides the lack of innovation is their product lineup is far too bloated and they need to trim the lineup and here’s a controversial take, if Apple focusing more on battery life which has lead to thicker phones contributed to Ive leaving then I’m glad he left because battery life is really important to me and is one of the reasons why I stick with Apple.
i would really love a folding or flippable apple device
Went from 4,4s then a 6,then 6sPlus then a 12proMax then to the 12 mini where I’m staying . I absolutely love my mini it definitely brought me back to the days of when the phones were exciting to have so I hope more mini or 5.4 sizes again ,I have an iPad a Mac and a watch
Samsung has lacked innovation too
The issue is that every iPhone in the last 3 years has been great. Because of that, there’s no reason to upgrade. They’re not making it seem like a real upgrade every year
Apple stopped innovating in 2013 across the board with all products
But I don't expect to move to the iPhone 34 since I don't think I will be around to use it.😇
And when they do innovate, we get things like the vision pro…
I used to be one of the ones laughing at the AirPods even though I’ve been with iPhone since the X. I finally decided to try the newest ones which are great. I just wish they had more bass
I totally agree with you!
0:01 no he hasn’t he just inherited mature products that can’t be innovated that much more
I'm still using my iPhone 7 I've been an Apple fan since the late 80s my personal feelings on it is maybe bring back a new CEO,...
Way to stick in there!
I have to agree with you !
Nice one!
Steve hated large phones. It'd be great if Steve was still around to stop the screen size growing past 4''. Nobody wants a large screen iPhone.
Maybe they should go to ‘WHEN something is done, not yearly Special Events.
They should be SPECIAL ‼️‼️‼️
I feel bad for you
These are Not Phones They are MICRO-COMPUTERS With a Phone APP.
Agreed!
I love the new apple better
Apple will always be nothing without Steve Jobs. But I think someone else needs to take the mantle.
This has been the case for years. Jobs is turning in his grave. The first clue was Jony Ives leaving.
It does just work and for me they will always win. I always try an android phone alongside my iPhone every now and then. I currently have an S24 ultra but it’s going to be sold. It’s a nice phone but it’s not the iPhone and it doesn’t fit into my ecosystem. Using it becomes like a chore.
If apple bring back headphone jack, and removable battery. They don't need to innovate and I will keep buying from them.
There is an increasing feeling that Apple are just releasing the same products over and over again. Like Blackberry their bubble will burst eventually.
Can we go back to the Steve Jobs Theater for product launches please? This new resentation form since Covid is so boring! All the excitement is gone.
Peak Apple happened with the 10
Apple is more profitable on your Tim Cook, but unfortunately, he does not have the vision of Steve Jobs and it’s starting to show through.
Bring back Jony Ive 🔥🔥🔥
Tim's Apple is worst, full stop!
That’s why I haven’t bought any new products I’ve just put the money into their stock. Only thing Apple is good for.
I hated the ipad .....until i tried one lol
Rolling on the floor laughing APPLE ALWAYS WINS LETS TALK PIP PIN
I use the SE2020 still as my daily driver.
iPhone 16s are selling well and will outsell every Android competitor even at lower than expected sales.
Honestly I think the excitement has turned into a little disappointment
I too used to be so excited for their yearly launch.
Design?….stale
Upgrades?……stale
Innovation?….TBD for another couple years.
Apple is Stagnant For sure. The WOW is Gone.
Jobs chose Cook so.........
Tim Cook needs to go.
relaunched i phone 16 pro
I think with Apple coming out with AI technology is a sign that Apple is on the up and up.
3yeara ago decided fully jump to Samsung
No. Returning Apple
Bottom line…Apple’s heart and soul left with Jobs and Ive. Cook is more interested in bottom line and DEI than driving creativity and innovation.
Apple got better when Ive lef, no more fucking thin phones anymore and big batteries.
Yea! Hahahahaha! 🍀🙀🌟 🥳😇
It's Johnny Ives. He was the innovator at Apple when he left it died.
I was born AFTER steve's death by a year and I dont know about any of that shit
Apple needs what I’ll call an extreme entity! Think how Musk has SpaceX offering launch services with Falcon, but has a different group building BFR! While each is doing its thing the BFR program can try things out without the risk of the stock markets fickleness of profitability which Big Tim is always worrying about. I was expecting Beats to become that.
