Yeah I doesn’t think it’s worth it, especially considering the amount you get for quartz like, and that it actually is easier to apply (no flashing, just wipe on wipe off). Definitely get some good low nap coating microfibres though, the one it comes with is not really enough, and it’s a grabby one to remove.
@@bhanugoel93single. Every coating in this test, including fusso coat, is single layer (only EXO V4 specifically calls for 2 layers when used standalone).
CarPro has their coatings down pretty good. Lite and CQUK 3.0 hold their own in pretty much every test out there. In the one test I watched (chemical resistance test first and turned into a longevity test) UK 3.0 is out performing the new D-Quartz Go. Thanks for the test and update!
Wow that’s impressive! Haven’t played with a lot of the higher end coatings on the market. I’d like to but $100-$200 for just one test and one car is not a great use of funds for me, especially when Cquartz lite meets my needs for most details I do, and it’s $60 for 3-6 cars depending.
Yeah, and because it has fairly reasonable application and cure conditions, it’s almost easier to use this versus a paste or liquid wax type product (especially if you want it to last 6 months no questions asked). It is a bit of a beast to remove though.
I'll be installing Lite on my car later this year, it can be used on everything except windscreen. I already have Reload, Reset, Hydro2lite and Elixer so I'll be able to maintaine it easliy. Thanks!
I’d never buy the Mr. Fix garbage when I can just buy TW Seal and Shine or Griots Ceramic 3in1 and get same or better results. I’ve gotten up to 6 months from both of those products.
Thanks. I was thinking of the Mr Fix (nice tiny bottle) for side skirts and wheels, but it just doesn't wow me. Cheers for the update

The hydrophobics of Lite after the wash are SOOO impressive
Yeah it’s a great coating. 5 or so months in and it’s still working great with minimal upkeep.
@@sheepstardetail was it a single layer application of carpro lite or 2 layer?

Cquartz lite is probably the best value coating . I always go back to it.

Got the Labocosmetica Purifica acid shampoo. Really impressed, not big on scents but this one is awesome and unclogged well
I have an Adams strip wash that is acidic that I’ve tried out. I still need to make a video for it but I have been behind on that one.
Again appreciate all the work you are doing for us wacko detailers

It’s a great product, a must have for anyone looking to try a coating but not 100% confident in their technique.
you put 2 layers?
Nope, just one.
Luckily that Maniac Line label reminded me to subscribe! 😂
The system works!

I have used griots yet, but Mr fix is at or around 7 months and still going.
