I'm wonder if this model still having the "clack" sound that really familiar in spacebar of almost all the Realforce and HHKB keyboard after a time using it. I've 3 hhkbs and 1 realforce, they all have the same "clack" sound after being used for 3+ months.
The PFU limited edition is supposed to have silenced switches. Would be interesting to see if it ends up doing the same sound you described, but it would be suprising
late to the party, but maybe you're talking about stabilizer ping? that can get pretty annoying... you can solve it by disassembling the keyboard and lubing the stab wires with a thick, plastic friendly lube such as krytox XHT-BDZ

@Robert Kochan I don't know which feels higher quality, but they both feel great. I'm really liking the 55g, nice tactile and a good weight for me. If feel is important to you i'd go for the 55, if noise is important to you i'd go PFU.

Ugh. That chalky scrape I hear on every modern keyboard. Do they make anything but this junk anymore? And you can tell what it causes: complete fricking confusion to a typist. Even the positive reviews have typing tests that show that "WTF am I doing" hand reflex on a keyboard like this where the hands stall, get confused, and then have to re-start typing. There's no flow to it.

RGB version does not have silent switches right? And the keycaps are also not pbt keycaps... That was really a deal breaker for me...
IIRC, RGB one doesn't. However, u can still make it silent by some modification.

@@Croustibite I've used both HHKB and Realforce silenced, and the clacky sound always came after ~3months, no matter what.

I don't really notice any spring noise LOL. Maybe you can try to lube them to improve typing feel.
