  • We separated our silkies and our polish to start aiming for breed quality. We have our pens divided for color and pattern. Crystal talks about what is desirable in each pen. We are excited to try to bring a better quality of silkie to our area. Take a walk with us through our chicken pens.

Do not grab them by one leg because it can dislocate. My neighbor caught a rooster like that and the rooster could no longer walk. Your chickens are beautiful. :)

Wow! You guys have come a long way since you moved here to Alabama. Are you planning on selling the chicks and/or the eggs?

Thank you! Yes we sell the silkies as chicks. We will be selling our silverlaced and Tolbunt Polish very soon! We got some good new silkie lines that will help improve ours more as well!
