My husband and I are in Virginia and going to be retiring within the year and I've just started to can and we're going to start a small garden next year, but will utilize local farmers for what we need to can. Your channel speaks to me so much and inspires me because I sell on Etsy and Amazon too (Digital products) and … bought a farm last fall (2021), starting a homestead (chickens for eggs and some for meat, horses for now), started a garden and learning canning for the first time of my life! learned how to do bread too :) It is a new lifestyle that I really enjoy!
