How beautiful!! We are going to finally get our CatTunnel up this summer ready for Fall plantings... i broke my knee, ankle & foot the day I brought it home...sooo slow recovery and of course our crazy weather here in Texas... from flooding to a turbo drought then hurricane... we lost our whole garden in it, however - it can all be replanted and we are praying for all who lost everything or so much more...
    Thanks for sharing
    Blessings ❤

Oh my word...you're had a rough time of it. I hope you are healing quickly. It's true, that although it's frustrating to loose plants, it could be a lot worse. I hope the weather soon settles down in Texas for you.

I'll probably do a video on propagation next spring. That's the best time to propagate most things. The ones I'm just starting now are an experiment to see if I can get anything rooted this time of year. I love getting "Free" plants.

So enjoyed your high tunnel working tour! My cucumbers are crazy and producing like crazy! 17 pint jars of dill pickles so far😊 My tomatoes are dying! Not sure if it's herbicide drift or wilt but disheartening either way😢 Your flowers are absolutely beautiful and like you I live planting flowers amoung my veggies❤ Thank you for sharing😊

Since the cucumbers got a late start they are just now starting to produce. Too bad about your tomatoes...that is frustrating. Yes, flowers in the garden just make it more enjoyable to go out and work.

So glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I couldn't imagine having a garden without flowers. I also have a ton of flower gardens around the house. I meant to do a tour of them earlier, but now they are looking a bit rough with all of the heat.....maybe next spring/early summer. Thanks for watching!

Winter in my part of the world ☃the tunnel looks amazing. I'm hoping for a drier summer and winter this year as the last 4 years have been so wet 8 months of the year that my plants and fruit trees are struggling. Now I plant my fruit trees into baseless planters and they seem to be doing much better than those planted into the ground. 🍋🍎🍊🍑🍒

Daytime temps have been pretty high, but night time lows have been very high. You might not think that's a big deal, but the night's low temp determines your dew point, determining how much humidity remains in the air for the daytime. A really cold night will drop all the humidity, allowing for dryer days. Really warm night time temps is consistent with there being more insulating gases in the atmosphere.

@@AlexWaardenburg The early AM humidity is awful....90+. I am much more comfortable at 90F with 55 humidity in the PM.

My hoop house has been permitted, purchased and is waiting in a million pieces to put together. Since we waited so late in the year to get it all ready to go, I have that area of the garden in sweet corn and tomatoes. Assembly will wait until September when we clear the area. Love the tour of your high tunnel. God bless y'all and keep growing.
