I just bought the 770 qe plus, Kaffe edition a week ago and loving it. I already had bought the q20 and theKaffe 475. I also have the 780, but it is getting some age on it, so I decided to upgrade. I've had only Berninas since 1992. Love them...

Does the accessory box come with the machine?

I believe that little box to hold all your accessories does come with it. I ordered the 570 QE Kaffe and it did so I'm sure the 770 would have it too!

i bought one of these a week ago and the quality is terrible. The metal surface plate on the machine is separated from the plastic area that houses the bobbin and arm. The bobbin door is crooked, weak and falls open. The Kaffe decorative stitches only work about 75% of the time (try the clouds and palm leaves. they miss half the stitches) Ive been in contact with the store owner and lo and behold, all of her Kaffe 770s are like this.
