@@MLConcerts this is exactly where I’d go too! It seemed like he was comfortable performing these songs even though he wasn’t comfortable with the new material
Wherever he's supposed to be singing "And I wish that I could give you..." but sings "And in the end..." by mistake, and you suddenly hear the studio track behind him singing the correct verse.
Audio's too murky to tell, and he does go to check with Kasim, but it sounds like the studio version to me. The voices sound very, very similar in timbre. You can always tell Kasim's sound from Meat's.
I am pretty sure you are right. There are a few more moments during the concert where a backing track is used. Meat Loaf is live but with certain songs, I think, he needed a backing track to stay on track himself. During the entire tour Meat had troubles with the correct lyrics for this song. So I suppose he used it as support.
I love this song "Blind As A Bat" Meat Loaf is unique, the master of the opera rock genre, nobody like him... Rest in peace dear Meat.
I so miss him
For me it was one of the highlights of that evening! ❤
This was the only show in Meat’s career my heart sinks that I wasn’t at the show!
Royal Albert Hall is Legendary. Meat Loaf called it one of his best 3 shows. I wasn't there, but if they invent a time machine, this is where I go.

Love it!!! I was at this show!!!
Does anyone else notice the studio verse playing behind him the first time he does "And in the end..."? Just me? Okay then.
You mean at 3:06 ?

Could it be Kasim singing trying to correct him? Cause he does go over after to seemingly get back on point...?
