It’s Day EIGHTEEN of your MOVE 2024 Challenge! This strength-based workout uses both dumbbells and kettlebells and features several of my favorite exercises. We’ll get full-body strength and cardio with only eight exercises, three rounds, and 40-second and 30-second intervals.
What I love is how even though this was a repeat workout, it felt fresh because you added in variations that made each circuit seem unique. I feel GREAT!! Thanks again Amy! Keep 'em coming!
Fantastic workout! I appreciated the repetition as well as the variation. Sweaty and challenging for sure! (But who on earth has ever called a Mountain Climber a favorite exercise?!)
I always think I love “no repeat” workouts the best, but then you put together a workout like this and I absolutely love it! I love the options for each circuit to make it feel “no repeat” and apparently I also like knowing what’s coming up next. 😅 Loved all your favorites!!

I Loved this!! You covered all MY fave areas to work. I normally prefer NO Repeat, but this was really varied and effective. Will definitely use this over and over.❤️
I really liked this workout. I appreciate the floor exercises being grouped together because I get dizzy going from floor to standing. I like the multiple rounds and there was just enough variety. Would love more videos like this!

Loved this format! Nice change up from sticking to one or two moves at a time before moving on. I prefer both of these formats to the no repeat workout (I know I am in the minority as most people love no repeat)

Maybe it's also the summer weather, but I am so sweaty, I had to be super focused on that last swing so I didn't throw the kettlebell! Thank you Amy, this was AWESOME and YESSSS favorite mobility and favorite power and all the favorites!!
I always love your workouts Amy. This was fast moving, sweaty and I felt strong at the end. I think that No repeat workouts are my top fave, but thats just because I am easily bored and like variety. That's why I love your workouts, as there's so much variety to choose from.

Amy, full body workouts are the best and 30 minutes is perfect! I love the basic strength moves! One of these a week would be great!! I am 61 and I really like the mobility moves!
LOve the format, this whole workout was my jam🤣🤣🤣 i did add a bulgarian and a weighed bridge, which we don't do very often, but all in all loved everything about this workout, and would love to see more like this,
It would also be my favorite if there were no mountain climbers 😂 I hate them and also have chronic pain in the wrists so I do my best and/or do standing climbers or high knees. Great workout, it flew by and I feel strooong 🎉
I really liked this format a lot and we got in so much in just 30 minutes! Actually less when you count in the warm up and cool down. I like choosing a few and then repeating so you can improve but you still offer different variations, very good!

I like combo moves repeated with possible variations. Glad I did the BAC core connection before this workout. I really felt it in every move. What a benefit!!! Oh, and this IS a cardio workout also because of all the combo moves.

Loved having more time and reps to really work the muscles. Two sets if 40 seconds, seems so short to really get a good burn. Stuck with doing all the same exercises in circuit one, to feel the burn. Thank you! ❤
Loved this workout! It felt fast and effective. One thing that I take note of with my body (7 pregnancy body, done now, with diastasis recti mostly fixed) is that the tricep move is hard for my core anyway, so doing the bridge with that, I can tell it is not good for my core. I'd definitely recommend to any other mamas who have core issues to do either one or the other!

I enjoyed all of it except the swing and the bicycle, because my back was feeling some sort of way today. I substituted the bicycle for another bridge and it worked better!
