I love how honest Obi is, he doesn’t try to pretend to be anyone else for anyone else and isn’t scared to openly admit something others would be scared to say. I particularly appreciated when he said at the end that sometimes he hates job. Most influencers go on and on about how perfect their lives are, creating this unrealistic expectation that has resulted in many young people aspiring to be influencers. Because Obi has stayed true to himself, he is so much more than just an influencer and so of course he hates sometimes, creds to him for actually the guts to say it
Love Obi energy and his vlogs content he’s amazing. Living or being alone isn’t loneliness. Loneliness has a completely different meaning than being alone .If we can’t be with yourselves how do you expect anyone else to be with us.Everything you desire you have to be it first . For example if want a friend ,you have to be a friend to yourself first. If you want love you have to love ourselves unconditional first. Keep up the great work Obi you attract what you are and that’s authenticity.
Loneliness is only a silent killer if you don't enjoy being alone - if you don't enjoy your own company. Solitude can be a thriving choice. A restorative time to reflect - to hear your inner voice and download personal guidance. People who are hyper-social can't understand this need.
I agree that being lonely is a silent killer and very damaging to a persons health. Of course some people want to be alone, but there are a number of people who want to be social and be amongst people, but they just dont have the avenues or friends to make it happen. I had a conversation with my brother recently on how it is difficult to make real long lasting friendships when you leave school. Work colleagues can sometimes become good friends, i suppose, or a neighbour. But the options where you meet these friends are very limited in reality
I love him. He’s literally been a huge inspiration in me taking my training and fitness to the next level. One day I hope he realizes how special he is and how much of a difference he’s made in people’s lives
This was a professional and well thought out interview. “Well done!” I follow Obi and this is interview he chose to give is informative, entertaining and on point!
Hate to break it to you but back in secondary I had a Ghanain friend that had a similar but much smaller build we was early teens and he didnt go to gym only sports, only eating what his mum made and chicken and chips, now imagine 200g of protein and working out everyday? Viola this is good genes sorry to offend you white man
A lot of people do not realize that, in fitness, 90 percent of having a fit body, is nutrition.. Obi eats well, and doesn't drink. So with a disciplined diet, and working out, yes it will bring on a good physique..👍👍

yep i spend 99% of my day alone. my social skills are none. when i make any interaction with a human im weird where they end up avoiding me or blanking me out orrr orr just get a grunt so i just stop say hello. life is garbage. im just letting life pull me a long till the end.
Obi seems like a great guy but who the hell does he think hes fooling, hes 6'2 and almost 240lbs, his body doesnt display the normal fluctuations in muscle size and tone, to say it another way he looks perma pumped _all_the_time.
Well I love you but I hope. That you can at least find somebody to be with you know as far as like that one person that you just can't live without. I've been living alone and not dating and all that for 410 + years and sometimes it does get to me Mary j said real love I'm searching for that real love ❤️... It ain't easy... But I'm still hopeful ❤😊😊.
His physique is very achievable for the top 1 percent of genetics. If the top bodybuilders on gear never took gear but still had the same dedication they would still look amazing. Now I’m not saying he’s natural or not but if you put him next to cbum or Erin banks, you would see the difference.

I just recently discovered Obi on his RUclips Channel. Love him❤🙂

Silence is one of my guilty pleasure
Exactly what I needed to see today! I love Obi's outlook on life, great episode ❤
Thanks for the feedback mate and tuning on 🎧

Excellent comment! Thanks for sharing this important information.

Obi is an inspiration for me. I really like this guy.

He is so humble 😊 very very interesting all his Journey
The guys the pinnacle of BFG!

Love love Obi ❣️
Great job on this episode guys 😊
Thanks mate!
I love his energy ✨✨
Absolutely zero chance he’s natty. Zero. Unless he eats Mike O’Hearn’s duck eggs of course.
Kkkkkkkkk
Exactly. I haven't watched it, but if he's claiming natty, I'm taking everything he says with a mountain of salt.

@@CPTZK11 agree to disagree… man
That's an easy way to poo poo the work he puts in. I know folks on juice and friends not on juice (competitors) and you can't tell the difference
Great interview...!!!
Obi is great. Good kid.
I find it hard to believe that he's natty. But if he, props. It's nice to have good genes.
Brother, there is 0% chance he is natty. Anyone that believes Obi is natty is a complete and utter moron to the highest level.

Amazing interview. I love Obi.
Great Pod and guest
Such a good interview. Keep it up.
love this!
If you not on steroids nobody is on steroids

This man is NOT natural. these body builders will go to their graves LYING about using gear.
I love this ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'd love for him to get Nathaniel in the gym with him the video would b epic
Bro inspires me alot but ear rings😮😮😮

Actually you can work on it, don’t worry too much about it.
Just stop being wierd then
I really enjoy his vulnerability.
where does he talk about his steroid use?
fantastic
For me currently loneliness is my choice. Heartbreak won’t be cured but I will be great
Amazing chat - Obi is awesome
Didn’t recognise her Lucy. Followed her from when she started out pre university days. She’s grown into a woman. Very similar she is or was to Lucy.
That woman interviewer fancies Obi lol
ofc he is a natural steroids user .
before I play this, please tell me he confirmed Steroid use, right?
they never do mate

too serious about fuckhall
I can't be bothered to watch. Does he or doesn't he take PED's
When these guys start lying I have to switch off!
I’m not interested in what they say.

That's not wise to actually believe this physique is natural lol
Of course he’s natural guys 🤔
I call BS about steroids
Just a regular fake natty?
Wait a minute are we saying that this guy is natural not natty?
He is far far far from natty
@@crypto_smith Yes you couldn’t mr more correct! Good on ya..
Obi is natural ?
No
Idk, maybe, but I doubt it.
@@vgrice850did he say this?
@@s0ne01 no but it’s extremely unlikely he achieved his physique all natural. He was a competitive bodybuilder in the past
Yes
Living alone means, f ing don’t give an f about anyone. It’s quite easy, real living is living for the love of your family
Great guest, weak hosts.. very weak.
Great guy but he needs to be honest about the PED use..he knows full well 99.9 of body builders have taken a PED
When they compete at a higher level yes, this guy is an African warrior and obsviously has great genes!!
@@cheriepomba You really think Obi isn't on PEDs?
The dude is Nigerian. Please educate yourself on genetics. Not everyone lacks the discipline and drive to achieve a great physique.
Being Nigerian does not explain his physique haha. Give it a rest.
ATP after that liver king fiasco I don't believe anyone in the fitness industry
