I love how honest Obi is, he doesn’t try to pretend to be anyone else for anyone else and isn’t scared to openly admit something others would be scared to say. I particularly appreciated when he said at the end that sometimes he hates job. Most influencers go on and on about how perfect their lives are, creating this unrealistic expectation that has resulted in many young people aspiring to be influencers. Because Obi has stayed true to himself, he is so much more than just an influencer and so of course he hates sometimes, creds to him for actually the guts to say it

Love Obi energy and his vlogs content he’s amazing. Living or being alone isn’t loneliness. Loneliness has a completely different meaning than being alone .If we can’t be with yourselves how do you expect anyone else to be with us.Everything you desire you have to be it first . For example if want a friend ,you have to be a friend to yourself first. If you want love you have to love ourselves unconditional first. Keep up the great work Obi you attract what you are and that’s authenticity.

Loneliness is only a silent killer if you don't enjoy being alone - if you don't enjoy your own company. Solitude can be a thriving choice. A restorative time to reflect - to hear your inner voice and download personal guidance. People who are hyper-social can't understand this need.

I agree that being lonely is a silent killer and very damaging to a persons health. Of course some people want to be alone, but there are a number of people who want to be social and be amongst people, but they just dont have the avenues or friends to make it happen. I had a conversation with my brother recently on how it is difficult to make real long lasting friendships when you leave school. Work colleagues can sometimes become good friends, i suppose, or a neighbour. But the options where you meet these friends are very limited in reality

His physique is very achievable for the top 1 percent of genetics. If the top bodybuilders on gear never took gear but still had the same dedication they would still look amazing. Now I’m not saying he’s natural or not but if you put him next to cbum or Erin banks, you would see the difference.
