I did get to enjoy agua fresca daily at our lunch spots. My favorite was cas, it’s like a Costa Rican guava that they don’t export. I don’t know how to surf, but it’s on my list to try. We had a really nice beach afternoon in Montezuma. Very cool little beach town that reminded me a lot of old Venice beach. Interesting shops, street music, and hippy types, but super tiny and no tents.
What an awesome adventure!
It truly was! I hope you’ve enjoyed the videos. Thanks for watching!
I think I would have had to made an impromptu stop for some tree-fresh fruit at some point. Did you get a chance to surf or enjoy the water at all?

How many miles were you guys putting in on days like this?
I think our longest day was close to 200 miles. I wasn’t really paying much attention to the distances though, and the time flew by.
