Hi! CAT from Las Vegas. I watch your channel the most. Love your instruction and designs!
That such a pretty bag! 🤗
Thank you for being so thoughtful of those watching, you take your time and explain what you are doing and how it relates to the next step. Thank you 😊
I love your videos. You're so nice to have on while I'm sewing. Thank you!
Beautiful bag! I love your choices of fabric and hardware!
Love your videos. I like that you don't sew like a bat out of hell!!! Nice to see realistic time frame for sewing the pattern. Quit apologizing, you are doing an awesome job!!! :-)
Elona Namor thank you so much! ☺️
@Elona Namor I also like the real time sewing, some youtubers miss parts and don't show us beginners how to do it slowly. I enjoy watching SiahSwag she is easy to listen to and doesn't mind when she makes a mistake.
@@meme-sw1pc Awe thank you, I'm so glad my mistakes help!! LOL
I love the bag, you sure make it look easy. I’m going to have to try this one for sure. Thank you for sharing your talent!!!
Loved watching you make this beautiful bag, Lady K!!! SEW PRETTY! You inspire me so much & now I’m off to hunt down that gorgeous floral canvas. 💗🌸🌺🌼🌻💗
Rett L. Oh wow thank you so much! Hope you find something fabulous!!
I've been watching several different people sew tutorials but I have to say yours have been the most helpful and I always like learning new ways ...thank you . .and ironically your making the bags I just got patterns for ..
Evelyn Dunham wow thank you so much!!☺️
loving that floral fabric and pink accents
I missed the live... nooo I'm not a pink or floral fan but it turned out beautifully. One day I'll have the satisfaction of flipping a bag right side out. Keep going with the videos. Love them.
Jaded thank you!
I also like how you take your time and show how to make the bag per the bag designer’s instructions. Your bags turn out looking so good and make me feel like I can make one too.
I enjoyed watching your video. I think you're amazing... you have everything prepared and are ready to go, you are easy to follow and make the process appear quick and simple. Looking forward to watching your other videos! Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us!
Linda D. Thank you so much for watching!
Hi, there is Christmas Goose in Los Vegas. A great place to go for good quilting fabric. I'm Margaret from Avenal, CA. Love your tutorials, great job.😀😀
Thank you!!
Sew fun! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talents with us!
You are so welcome!
Very pretty and great tutorial!
I have a Voltex industrial and, same as your machine, there's not a great deal about it on the net, but I love it. It's awesome.
I live in South Dakota and would definitely fly to Denver to join your class. It would be so fun to get together as a group and make bags.
Shannon A awe thank you so much!😁
Thanks for a great video, I have made this bag and it turned out quite well. I'm in the process of cutting out to make another but I fancy trying to do your faux piping on the side panels and wondered what width piping I should cut for it to be seen. I'm presuming the bag is suitable for this. Thanks
I do about 1 inch width
Hi I’m from the uk
I really enjoy watching your channel I would love if you would do the Marilyn wallet pattern look forward to seeing more of your tutorials thank you take care love from the uk xxx
bev baker thank you for watching! That is one of the next couple ones I have lined up to do so stay tuned!😁👏
I’ve been researching industrial machines for awhile. Since I can’t buy one right now I’ve been discovering more than I knew were out there. What I learned is that there are tons of off names but they are all the same as the big names. (like yours) Like Sunny Sewing Machines offers an off brand to Juki called THOR. The Thor offers more for less than a Juki. Hope that makes sense
Raising Cain Designs yes that’s what I was told when I bought my Kingmax. All the parts are made from the same place, except mine are labeled Kingmax and others Juki.
Hello. What type of sewing machine were you referring to when you were talking about having a flatbed attachment at 37:00? Thanks 😊
Hi. I watched this tutorial after it was live. I wonder if you could list all the fabric and accessories you used for this bag. I have bought the pattern and loved your tutorial. I live in Norway and have done some sewing over the years and would like to start making bags 😊 I searched for you on Facebook, but was not able to find your profile or page. Happy Easter 🐣🐥😊
Hello! I listed where I got everything in the description, I used canvas and vinyl for the fabrics, and the hardware is all listed in the pattern. Do you need something more specific than that? Thank you for watching my videos! If you search SiahSwagBags, I should come up on insta and Facebook I hope!!
What is the Indy Bloom pattern "canvas" fabric type called at Hawthorne site? I don't see Canvas as an option in the dropdown arrow / selections. I see interlock knit, poplin, and sateen (medium weight). TIA :)
Unfortunately they are not carrying it in the canvas right now, I think it has to do with the COVID state of things. Hopefully this changes and they do it in canvas again soon. You can just order it in the cotton and interface it and it should work just as good!
Love your video. I dont know if anyone has asked this but where do you get your metal name plates. Thank you
Raymond Dickey I order them from m.alibaba.com/?src=sem_ggl&cmpgn=2067572382&adgrp=74605780005&fditm=&tgt=kwd-14739453&locintrst=&locphyscl=9030784&mtchtyp=e&ntwrk=g&device=m&dvcmdl=&creative=416851584163&plcmnt=&plcmntcat=&p1=&p2=&aceid=&position=1t1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI8Iez6ZHa5wIVtR-tBh0SUwnyEAAYASAAEgLnr_D_BwE. They come all the way from China 😂 but they are fabulous!!
What is the company name of your metal plate supplier? I ordered metal name plates from Alibaba twice, but I am not happy with my second batch and want to change supplier. Thanks!
I love the bag. I am not a fan of form can you use something else?
Barbara-Ann Tacconelli you could always use something else, it just needs to have a body and not flop.
What is the name of your bag in back of you to my left? It looks great.
Brenda Davis it is a trailblazer convertible backpack by bagstock designs 😁
Do you ever use cork instead of vinyl?
Yes I have used cork a few times, I guess I just prefer to work with vinyl.
What sewing machine are you using?
I am using a Kingmax GC0302 which is an off brand of a Juki 1181
What type of thread and brand do you use?
I use a bonded nylon 69 thread, that I purchase at my local industrial store. I have also purchased from Wawak.com and I heard Sunnys Sewing is also a good place to purchase thread.
@@SiahSwag Thank you.
Bonjour, vous avez toujours une très belle bouclerie, ou les trouvez-vous s'il vous plait ??
Can you drop a link to Lauren for the hardware please?

@@SiahSwag Thankyou!
Where do you get your name plates
I order them from alibaba.com
Your machine is sewing so loud f
why when you were sewing the inner and outer together didnt you just sew inside the circle, instead of flattening it down and doing all that manouevering to sew from the outside. It doesn't matter at that point and its much simpler.
nightwingcreations yes I could have, but some times my lining slips and I can’t see that I’m not catching it. I feel I have more control that way.
ah, gotcha. yes that can happen.
