In theory, yes. But I personally like the idea that we are always able to connect with our parts to help them deepen their role in our system and move from a place of surviving to thriving. I don't think of healing as a complete process in itself but rather a practice in general. We are always pushing our edge and then healing, this is how we grow. What do you think?
@@selftherapyIFS yes, because healing and hurt is endless, so there is only "practice"/mainenance work you can do to upkeep the thing. Like entropy, so u do the practice to upkeep it and bring it up

Do you find other forms of therapy become obsolete and unnecessary once you heal all your parts? Thinking of DBT, CBT, etc.
