So are you a BA who dabbles in project management? How has it been? Or are you PM who is considering trying business analysis? What interests you about making the transition?

When I keep hopping between both these roles based on the project requirement, I realize that there is so much of overlap between both these roles. Thanks for explaining it well in these videos. Personally I like getting into details, so BA role is something I enjoy more than a PM role !

Maam, I'll be studying business analytics and project management-IT. Can I work as Business Analy(sis)?

They are related skills... of course you can do BA... but you should read the BABOK and become familiar with the theory

@@Projerra yes, so analysis is possible right?(who bridges a gap between stakeholders and developers). As I'll have knowledge of data and management

@@Projerra thanks ma'am. My college is Seneca , Toronto where I've opted for business analytics and Project Management-IT over Conestoga's IT business analysis as I thought that latter skillsets are included in those two programs (analytics and Project Management-IT)

@@varunmistry7590 please consider education and learning as a journey that never ends. Taking a formal program at a college is a fast track to a midpoint but the learning continues after graduation.... if you stop after graduation you will become bored and stagnant. Keep growing your skillset and you will be forever in demand
