@@KB-bh9hp Wait, so if Ford is still changing (IE tweaking) all performance data is finalized. I hope Ford gets the tweaking done by fall.
@@JerryCecco Honestly, it's probably done and their just going through a final checklist of sorts. The specs, hp, weight, 0-100 etc, aren't going to change. They even said they would only reveal performance figures and specs once those numbers were finalized.

john yu yep. That’s the 2020 GT500’s weight. Especially the Standard Pack that’s good on the straight with a higher top speed of 213 mph. However if you option the 2020 GT500’s complete Limited Edition Carbon Fiber Track Performance Pack that’s only good on cornering on the racetrack with 557 lbs of downforce at 180 mph, you’ll see that the New GT500 with the Carbon Track Pack will weigh in to 3930 lbs. that’s only 300 lbs lighter than the Standard Pack New GT500 which is very good but still weighs more then the ZL1 1LE.🐎🐎🐍🐍🏁🏁
Untill the GT500 gets a AWD drivetrain with the ability to disable front wheel drive on demand like the current BMW M5, increasing the HP/TQ numbers will be meaningless and/or hurtfull for the average joe who will drive this car on ocasional dragstrip and circuit use.
I know it’s coming but awd 🤮disable or no disable I’ll throw up in my mouth when I see it. Doesn’t belong on these cars. Get the rwd American muscle cars while they last they will be gone very soon

JM V honestly the gt350r will be the more sought after car in the future then the 500 in my opinion. Naturally aspirated manual=awesome. Could be the last America muscle great one. Very collectible
