That bumper just oozes class…..lt is an excellent modification that complements the front bumper.

Brent, you’d never say it, let alone admit it, but you my friend are a “Master Metalsmith!” It seems almost every time I think “how the heck is that going to work or fit in,” you just knock it out of the park bringing your visions to life!
Oh BTW, Amazon has a silly rule saying I can’t mail Pablo any treats across the border, so I just have to use snail mail to get him some yummies😉✌🏼 I still love the General, coolest build ever and also still heartbroken over your loss of shop (You have a warriors heart bouncing back better than ever!) and that gorgeous 35, but I have to say you’ve got my spirits up over this build, it’s epic! Your cool long-sleeve tee gives you a French Mime look when you do the sped-up segments. Nice work on the bumpers, and well worth the time you put into them!

If wire feed welders were as easy to obtain 40yrs ago as today , I could've been a legend in my 60s , lol . I used a oxy acetylene rig to do most custom stuff , lots if grinding and straightening involved with all that heat generated, or the trustee stick welder and compressed air to cool or a water bucket and red rags , stuff is so much easier nowadays

To me the back panel of the Truck looks like the back panel of a Corvair between the rear deck lid and the bumper. Without thinking about it i would say that you Nailed It. Now with the bumper Phenomenal!!!!! I think the No Step step pad filler is Excellent!!!

A small suggestion -- The vertical box stake or pipe ... Perhaps a 4 or 6 inch flat to sweep back and blend into the side? That vertical pipe slightly looks wrong???

Like you said a lot of bracing so you don't hear a lot of raddling down the road which most truck's rattle anyways.

Hey Brent, just thinking again about the paint job for this in the future. I also believe that black body with the Halfass customs green for bumpers and other highlights. I also agree with JDLarge that you are a master of your craft, not just metal. I think I may be using the right word for the combination of talents, you are a polymath. You sure have an accurate electrometer, as Carl would call it.
