Note this is a video taken of training, before i take my assessment for NPTC CS38 Aerial Rescue Ticket. i am being trained by a ticketed professional in a college environment.

I run the same rope and prusik if you put a karabiner on the end of the orange rope you won’t have too fully unclip ur prusik all the time

Having that karabiner also allows you more throwing power
