The actual RC4WD winch used in this video is RC4WD - RC4ZS1079 - WARN 9.5CTI WINCH 1/10 not the Mini. At minute 01:09:00 I accidently used the wrong picture I had for it to show the Part number. I did have the correct link for it in the description though. Thank You.
Thanks for the video! I'm thinking of getting into this hobby as well for the summertime months. I am into the model railroad hobby as well. Was looking at getting this exact same jeep and install a winch on it as well. This helped me a lot. Cool little garage setup too nice detail for immersion haha. Did you build it or are these things you can purchase? I did see your lift build that was neat as well.
Thank You for Watching. The Garage can be purchased from rcgarages.com/. If I recall I bought the 60"x30" Warehouse 1/10th scale. I really love my Jeep CJ7. I recently took it to Axialfest Badlands 2024 and it performed really well with all the upgrades I did to it. You won't be disappointed with your pick and happy tiny trucking..
What esc did you put in your rig? I ordered a new receiver and transmitter so I can eventually use my winch from it but I just noticed it has the spectrum smart receiver and esc combo in it so I'm gonna need a new esc to make it all work
Thank You for watching! I put in the Castle Copperhead ESC when I removed the Spektrum 2 in 1 brushed smart esc. You can watch my earlier video of what i replaced the stock electronics with here: ruclips.net/video/qMeH4ss1F6g/видео.htmlsi=j74cT4fg_cHP7LF9
@travelinwithTODD thank you for watching. The LED light bar is from Vanquish Products. It is 6" and part # is VPS06751. These have been out of stock on their website for a while, and I'm not sure when they will be back. That does not mean there isn't one available at a local hobbyshop.
@henrysrcgarage5210 do you happen to have a normal speed video of taking off the front part to drill the holes. I must be dumb. I can't seem to get that part off
@@travelinwithTODD I looked at the video and I did it via time lapse. Sometimes I do not do that but I guess I did with this one. There are 2 screws holding the bumper in the chassis rail. One screw is part of the Panhard mount with a flathead. The other one is a button head. On the backside of the bumper there are 2 buttonhead screws as well. sorry I do not have a normal speed video but hoping what I said above helps.
