Hey, I had my first lucid dream on my second night from imagining where I want to be and combining it with MILD, but it wasn’t super vivid and I wanted something more. Because of this is have been trying ssild but always seem to fall asleep before I get through everything because I’m too relaxed. Do you have any pointers on how to successfully do it or should I try WILD because of how relaxed I can be while going to sleep?

I used to have dreams of trying to fly or climb strange places, but then falling. One of the strange places were a ladder with no rails above a shallow rock-filled lake. And I used to wake up, fall asleep again and dream, and then wake up. The cycle would last the whole life. I watched this video and I have started to try and let go of whatever holds me back. Since then I have had flying dreams.

Heck, mine are mostly memories. But at the same time not. Most of my dreams are things that could’ve happened, or I could have done to stop something bad happening, or things that could happen, and then they don’t.
But I suppose that’s a good thing, considering how weird some of those things could’ve been really bad or weird.
Otherwise it’s dejavú, lucid dream, weird dream, nice dream, sad dream or lucid nightmares. I’ve never had a nightmare before. Only a lucid nightmare. But lucid nightmares are far more terrifying.
I’ve even had a lucid nightmare where when I got hurt from the monster in that lucid nightmare, and I woke up, I was injured in the same way that I was injured in the dream. Terrifying, am I right?

I keep having dreams about my next-door neighbors. Their houses look almost the same as in real life.
Also, when I wake up, I only remember a little bit about my dreams but when I am lying in my bed going to sleep the next night, I start to remember more stuff about the dreams.

@Simo Pöntelin good Idea. Also, because of the coronavirus, we are all in our homes more so our homes will appear in our dreams more. Since I am at home more I probably would see the neighbors house more. Whenever I see my neighbor's house I will be sure to do a reality check. Whenever something does not feel right in my home I will be sure to also do a reality check.

I forgot my dream today, but when you said "taking a test" I suddenly remembered it, and, well, that's exactly what my dream was. Guess you helped my lucid dreaming in a way you didn't expect!

I feel like often the difficulty in remembering your dreams comes from the dreams being so abstract its hard to even explain it to your waking mind. But there are many dreams I do remember. My most common nightmares are about escaping from tornadoes, or swimming and finding myself surrounded by toxic jellyfish. Kinda wonder what that means

When I was younger I used to have this dream. I did not have it just once or twice. I had it very many times. I dreamed that I was driving on the highway right next to the apartment I used to live in at the time. I had no control over the car and I never knew what to do, but each time I ended up stopping at a specific place, and every time this lady came in and said she was going to drive me home. She seemed very kind and genuine. The dream always stopped after she said she could drive me home. What does that mean?
I also dreamed something similar. I was riding a motorcycle on a highway. I fell out of it and I woke up. I had it many times when I was 4 years old and the dream comed back when I turned 6. And I also driving my dad's motorcycle pretty well when I turned 8-9-ish.
You two got similar dreams that looks similar to my dream. I once found a girl literally quiet. Just jumping. (I mean I was just playing video games in my dream all the time) she kinda look like she has a minecraft skin. Idk her name since it's like different languages at the same time) well then she left then I left too. But. In my dream. What I did was keep finding her. Finding. And finding. Until I woke up. IT WAS LIKE ONCE AT A LIFE TIME DREAM ENCOUNTERS!!! I had to keep finding her in other dreams. But what I got was just random player. It was like I fell in love with her skin. And I also said it in one of my oldest videos. I guess try your luck finding that vid.

Literally almost everything you said, my dreams were kind of like. My teeth don’t fall out, they look terrible and start to bleed. I wasn’t driving the out of control car, I was in an out of control car, and I died in a crash.

Alright I have been watching a bunch of your videos. For the last 7 years I have a different dream at the same setting. It’s like a house I purchased sight unseen, everytime I’m there I’m discovering new things about the house and property, but each time I’m there the people change. I haven’t really tried lucid dreaming (I’m going to) but when I dream I react logically just like I do in reality.
I keep having this feeling that the place I go to is so familiar, and there’s something there I need to discover

Ussually I have different dreams and one dream happens only once. But nightmares happens few times, exact same. There once was that one nightmare I will probably never forget. Almoust evrything was different. To understand better things in dream I will say things from my life. I live in a block of flat. Different entrences in that block was connected by underground hallways with basements at the side. I liked that place and I never felt fear in them (except few random times when i was 4-9 and I sometimes feard normal things). In that dream evrything wasn't like in normal nightmare. When I have nightmares I can't think well and I can't move normal. But in this nightmare things were different. I could move with normal speed, about thinking I will explain later. The things I remember happens in like 10 s, but some things were really clear and I rememberd them well, the action went like this. I was chased, the chaser was girl with a monster. I knew how she was looking from the start when I didn't even see them. She had Japanese, white, fox mask. The mask had like points that were connected with the red lines and that mask wasn't round bore like made from connected points. That girl wore shirt without sleves that was white and the place where start of sleves would be she had red lines but different like from the mask. She didn't looked like other nightmare figures except few details i am describing, she was like normal girl. She also had brown hair and medium size breasts. Anything below half of the belly wasn't showned. It was like censored. That monster were touching her and near her but he was also like censored. Now about what happened. I was running away from her. I was terrified of her. I knew (like how she looked before i seen her) that she will kill me and I can't do anything against her. If I get close to her I die. I just knew that, it wasn't like i thought like that it was like the rules I knew for some reason. I was terrified of dying from her. I wasn't afraid of pain, I wasn't afraid of acting like coward and I wasn't even a little bit afraid about dying. The ONLY thing I was afraid of was dying from HER. I tried to run, I wasn't hearing my steps, so I stoped running and I saw I can do that. There was also one more thing I KNEW from the start. I can't run away. She will catch me and i will die from HER. My goal wasn't to run away. My goal was to die but not from her. The only and literaly only thing I wanted was death. After I stopped I looked back and I saw her just standing and looking at me with bow (that she didn't have erlier), this bow had arrow that was painting at me. I looked back to run away from her. But insted of ussually empty hallway. There was one person is there. Old man with gray standing short hair, but without any wrinkles. He also had green glasses so I couldn't see his eyes. Immidiatly after I saw him i KNEW something new this thing was that he can save me from dying from her aka, kill me without any problems. I felt freedom that there is an exit. But when i started talking to him. He laughed and said "Now no one can stop her. " (Not in english but in my native language that is Polish) After that he only started to laugh louder. Then again I KNEW three more things. First one is that he will not help me if I will just stand. Second one, she is coming for me, and she will get me in few seconds now I didn't only KNEW that but I could hear weird crowling sound from my behind. Third one is thing I KNEW as other but this time from this man. I was terrified again. I started screaming at that men but he just giggled once and smile looking at my face. Then I woke up. After this while having heart that was beating faster than on P. E. I thought "What was the thing that made me so terrified about dying from her?" I didn't know why then and I don't know why now. After a while I of thinking about it i figured out that some things (like her mask or his hair or glasses) I could remember perfectly. But some things (like the monster or her eyes) I didn't know anything about them. This was the time I was far more scared than any other moment of my life ever to this day. This might sound like a story that I created but this was all true dream. The thing I remember perfectly is how much I was terrified.
I had dreams about my teeth falling twice, the second one was awful, the where chunks of flesh and meat falling off with the teeth, blood everywhere, completely disgusting and so vivid that I'm feeling bad just thinking about it.

I thought I saw a video witch said you shouldn't kill people in dreams because you can feel guilt or feel like you have actually killed a person, is that different for you?

strangely enough, i've had a lot of dreams where I was naked, but it didn't matter. It wasn't an embarrising "oh no what do I do", I was just casually going about whatever it was, school or whatever, naked, and nobody cared.
I have these test situation and being late dreams quite often. Not real nightmares, but they make you feel stressed out and a bit helpless after waking up. And it doesn't help that I'm preparing for an important exam right now. lol.
What about a huge festival of all holidays combined? I think part of me just misses the holidays/social gatherings, despite having social anxiety.
My dreams are very weird and completely random. The locations tend to suddenly/subtly change, the overall plot twists and turns in absurd ways, and I basically have no idea what I'm doing, other than following it. I usually have some sort of powers and control in those dreams, like flying/jumping high or telekinesis, but only to a certain extent, and even those powers can turn off when the plot demands it.
Sometimes I have dreams inside other dreams. I wake up, proceed with the plot, thinking that I'm awake (though the surroundings usually don't look like my home), then suddenly wake up for real and realise that it was a dream all along.
My dreams let me see the future like stuff that’s gonna happen in a few days
I've had a few lucid dreams in the past month, but only in 2 of them I was relatively aware of whats happening, while in the others I was semi-conscious and couldnt really do anything. I also forget everything I wanted to do when I go into a lucid dream. Any suggestions on what I should try to increase lucidity and dream length?
#1. When you are Lucid, one of the great things to do right away is tell yourself to stay calm, make sure you are not getting too exitied as well, and treat it normally. #2. If you feel like you are drifting out of your lucid dream, start spinning in circles, as well as rubbing your hands, and remember to stay calm. #3. Lastly, when you are first lucid, make sure one of the first things you do, is take in your surroundings, realize what you can then do, and the power you have, but stay calm. Hope this Helps!

@@roland144 Ever since I started using those tactics combined, and reality checks, in the past 9 days ive had 5 Lucid Dreams!
@@cameron6843 so I actually don't try to enter the dream that way, and haven't yet, although it's a great method. I set my alarm for 3-4 in the morning(because I fall asleep at 11), and when I wake to the alarm, I then start repeating to myself in my head "Next time im dreaming I will know im dreaming", or other mild phrases, then I keep doing that till I fall asleep doing it(takes about 2 mins), and when I enter the next dream(not lucid yet), about 65% of the time I will do a reality check right away when in the dream, and then become lucid. I'm sure this all is confusing, but just keep in mind it takes a while to learn to lucid dream(took me 4 months), but stick to it, keep trying every night, and it will be worth it when you learn(I didn't try every night when It took me four months, so you can probably do it in a month or two).

So when I died in a dream with Jotaro and some other anime characters that I can’t remember fighting a demon alligator it meant a new start for my life

Gotta say i haven't experienced most of these except flying and even is not always a positive thing.
One of the most common i get is having some formless entity completely engulf everywhere around me closing in from all directions rapidly.
usually this entity takes the form of a mass of shadow having countless horrors inside all of which the more i try to gleam what they are the further they get obscured and it feels like my mind is trying to protect me from it by doing this.
Can't tell you how awful it it to watch this mass kill off all of your friends one by one while nothing you try to do changes it as you lose practically all control of this now nightmare.
I had a dream that I was trying to lucid dream, then I went into the bathroom and wanted to look in the mirror for the exact reason you said not to in your dos and don'ts video, but my friend was in there and holding it with his tiny noodle arms, even though the mirror was huge and probably weighed more than me. I told him to give it to me but he just wouldn't, so I turned into Mr. Incredible and started t-posing and punching him at the same time, but then he did the exact same thing, but then he punched me so hard i flew around my house still t-posing like when you die in a bad quality game. then it was at that moment i became lucid, because i said t myself "I can't turn into Mr. Incredible!" and then I woke up. Please tell me what this dream means i need to know and i'm scared it's not a good thing.

I’ve also had a fair amount of dreams about one of my friends that I met while I was in Seattle last summer. I didn’t realize in full until earlier this year, but the message that was conveyed in those dreams is that I’m in love with her, and the reason I hadn’t told her while I was in Seattle is because, I didn’t know.

I had a dream last night where my older sister was at the wheel of the car, but she didn’t have the keys. We switched seats and I started driving, without the keys in the car. I was driving very crazy, but never crashed. It was also dark at night, there was some light. At the moment, I was thinking about lucid dreaming. I thought I was taking control of the situation, like if I was in a lucid dream. I wasn’t in a lucid dream though.
When ever I have a dream where I am being chased. I end up having a lucid dream. Then I just make what is ever chasing me just no longer exist.
What about me fainting and then being stuck for hours on a bed paralyzed but can control stuff with my mind with no demons or figures? What’s that dream?
I dreamed that I got killed, and I was aware the entire time, but NO control. In fact, I woke up in the middle of it, and when I fell back asleep it resumed right where it was.

A recent dream I had:
Buying a huge pot plant at Kmart then it tries to kill me
A dream of a nuclear warhead being dropped 20 feet away from my house. I only had that exact dream once, but it was the first of 2 dreams (or nightmares rather) about nuclear war, the second one about trying to escape to a nuclear bomb shelter somewhere after war has begun.
I always dream of two things in one.
in the first part I find an animal (ALWAYS animals) and instantly fall in love with it (for example a lizard or snake, sometimes even a dog) and then shortly after it trusts me, it dies by accident because of me. (like I fall on it, get pushed or it falls off of something..) After that I wake up in a forest. Sometimes I'm close to a "shed" in the forest where I feel safe, or I am just in the middle of nowhere. What ever it is, as soon as I step a little(more) into the forest I feel not safe anymore, the sky will turn dark suddenly or changes colours to something unnatural like poison green or Blood red. Then I will feel as if everything is gonna be okay, because a person is suddenly next to me. But after I sorta trust her(It's mostly a woman) she is turning into something terrifying and is hunting me while I suddenly feel a burning pain that is still there after I weak up.
I don't know what's happening. At first it's the best thing that could possibly happen to me and then it turns weird and awful. I sometimes kill the woman but it's most likely that she kills me instead..

I once had a dream of me dying , and seeing my soul leave my body. I was very stressed even in the dream and I remember thinking "No ways this is the end.. I don't want to die. " And My soul got right back into my body..
I had this eerie dream where it was lucid I think, but it was all blue and blurry it was so weird. It felt like something out of a movie and I barely looked up or I don’t remember.
3:15 i remember i had this bad dream once where i was at school in the lunch queue and everyone was staring at me and i looked down and realised i had no clothes on. then i went to the bathroom to get changed into some clothing and returned to the lunch queue, only to realise that my clothing had disappeared again. this happened multiple times until i eventually woke up
I knew how to fly by myself and can control my dreams before I watched this channel🛌🛏
All i can remember is trying to crack a safe with no means of furthering my progress in safe cracking🤷🏽♂️
Kinda weird because I always have this dream where I’m walking on a bridge and my family is a few meters ahead but half way through it breaks and I fall for a while then I land in water and get ran over by a speed boat and wake up. I’m not rly sure how to interpret this one and I have had it since I was 5 (I’m 13) so it would be interesting to know : )
sometimes in my dream i travel far away to reduce my fear of the outside world from all the scary stuff ive seen, like ghosts, spirits, and a deadly bee, and spider
Here are some dreams I had that kind of make me concerned , if anybody has any idea of what any of these might mean please tell me:
1-witnessing my friend cutting off her finger
2.waking up from a 34 years long coma (coma was caused by an earthquake which was also caused by a asteroid hitting my county)
3.someone at school attacked me with a knife , i grabbed the knife that guy was holding and attempted to fight back by giving him a little scar , but i guess I hit a bit too hard and cut his hand off.then a teacher came and started shouting at me , stabbed me in the eyes with the knife i was holding, then I woke up

I've dreamt about a lot of these. Dying, falling, flying, coming to school naked, the list goes on. It's kinda scary, but you get used to it after a while. The falling one was my first dream out of these btw
I used to have a dream where I go to the kitchen, and there's a ghost/demon. I run but it caches me at the door and I wake up. Sometimes I could talk, sometimes I couldn't. But the ghost always looked diffirent.
I used to have dreams from 4-6 years old where a scary monkey was out to get me and I always got kidnapped by him and it was horrifying because I was so young and I felt like I had no control over it 😖😥😖😖😥😥😭😭😭😱😱😱😱😱😨😨😨 if anyone could tell me what it means I would appreciate it because now I'm afraid of being alone and being close to a door 😖😖😭😭😭😭😱😱😱😱😰😰😰😰😨😨😨
For some reason, when I dream, I get visions. Small ones. They happen the next day exactly how they happened in the dream, but no one believes me. I just wanted to say this so someone else might also have it.
Btw I have ADHD, OCD, and Anxiety, so that might have something to do with it ;) hope someone helps
Once I had a few nightmares about running away and being chased
I have very romantic dreams but I have never felt that In real life, that's the only reason why i look forward to dreaming
I need to tell yall about my dream, so during nighttime (In my dream) there was a car, my family gets into it, and goes to the nearest shop. Next, my family gets out of the car, but I physically couldn't get out of it. The car starts driving off with no people inside (No driver either) and I pass this road that's really familiar to me. I wake up IN the dream, then someone is in the car and it's daytime. Nobody seems to say anything or talk. Sorry for wasting your time but i've had this dream on my mind since I was 6 (11yr old Currently).
Now I understand that dream I had when I was 4. I was upset that we were always late to stuff cus mom, and dad took so long getting ready.
