After 5 nights of dream journaling and practicing the trick of asking myself if I am dreaming during my waking hours, I finally had a lucid dream last night! I was so excited (even in my dream) that I did it!! Since entering menopause, I’ve been waking up 4-5 times a night so I finally found something productive to do with this new pattern. I saw it as a curse but now I see it as a gift!
When I was little I had lucid nightmares. More like nightmare levels, lemme explain. Nightmares I had repeatedly, but no control in, remember in full detail, even each different outcome. And when i escaped one I'd have a new one id have to eventually beat. I use to think it was a curse but now that I think about it, that was cool as fuck. Anybody know how I can get back to that😂

I became lucid for the first time last night, for just a second. I thought to myself "Halloween is not the Wednesday after Labor Day, this dream doesn't make any sense!" Then I just ignored it and moved on. I just started trying to lucid dream, your videos are helping so much! Thank you!
I told my friend that I had a weird dream My friend: What did you see? Me: I will lie on my bed and then I will tell you because right now I don't remember a thing
I once re-entered a dream. I woke up and just to see if I could lucid dream. I closed my eyes again and I fell asleep and went back into the dream. It was so cool!
@@iduntyra7566 yeah, I kinda stich all my dreams together and end up where one second I'm swimming next second I'm flying and I'm just in the middle of it like "cool lmao"
Thank you so much for the tips! Last night, I remembered 2 separate dreams that I remembered and one of them was extremely vivid! I haven't achieve a lucid dream yet but I'm working up to it! Thanks for all the help!
Some time ago, before I started watching this channel, I had a night where I remembered 4 dreams. I still remember them to this day, and I can't help but think that I remembered all of my night's dreams.
Wow. 4 dreams is really huge. The more I got was 2 or 3 but one was after normally waking up and just staying in bed. 4 is really to get I think. Congrats man!
I never remembered any dreams for like a year and a half then I found this guys channel and was every interested in lucid dreaming. So all that thinking about dreams gave me a somewhat decent recall. Now I remember one-three dreams a night! :,)
recently i've been trying to lucid dream. and interestingly after i started trying really hard for 4 days i straight up couldn't remember my dreams at all. the whole lay in bed and just try to go back into the dream thing...life saver man. ngl i was gonna quit i remembered last nights dream and i'm hoping tonight's as well as any others especially lucid ones.
I write them down immediately when I wake up, but I'm so sleepy in that moment I write random words. When I'm fully awake I try to read them and I can't understand a thing. :(
Had my first lucid dream last night, it wasn’t fully realistic or anything, but it was a start. A good tip for lucid dreaming is melatonin, they increase rem sleep, I’ve been using them in hopes of getting one, and I remember my dreams a little more and they tend to be longer than usual when I take it, but make sure to only use one lol
I’m trying to watch more of your videos cus’ I want to lucid dream but some part of seems like I will never wake up.But the video you posted called,”can you stay in a dream forever?” Something like that kinda helps me! 💕💕
Larissa van der Zwart As for me, I forgot how I became lucid, but I remember doing a reality check to retain lucidity. However, there’s another dream where I knew I was dreaming because my hair was longer.
Oh my gosh the one about focusing on a thought is something i do. Usually i try to remember my dreams because i know they where fun. I've been doing that a lot recently, and it helps, it's fun to recall a dream i don't know why.
Great video man! I started following your dream journaling tips and my dreams are starting to feel so real. Where I live it is around freezing out right now, and I had a dream where I was going down a river on a John boat in the sun. Made my day before it started! Again, I just have to say thank you for introducing me to the world of dreaming.
My dream recall usually sucks, but I hope that after watching this and trying stuff in here will help. Another thing I’ve heard about is setting an intention, like a reminder in the morning (like a sticky note on your ceiling that says ‘What did u dream last night’?) to remember your dreams. If its important enough to you, your brain will remember to do it.
My first Dream I remembered: my mom saying that I should switch rooms with my sister My second Dream I remembered: I shoot someones car and the driver gives me a lift home

,,When you wake up, stay in bed and close your eyes." Me: Ok. Also me: *falls asleep, wakes up after half-hour and doesn´t remember anything from the dream*
This is day 2 of keeping a dream journal for me. On the 1st day I couldn’t remember a thing, but today I woke up at 2:30 in the morning and could remember one detail from a dream. When I woke up again, I could remember more detail from a different dream.
Make notes while in your dream. I had a very vivid dream the other night and realised I was dreaming. I conjured up a notepad and pen and started to write down everything that happened like you would a daily journal I guess. When I woke I was able to put lots of detailed memories into my dream journal. Although I am still not exactly sure if it was because I became lucid and made notes or that the dream was very vivid I am keen to try it again next time I realise I'm dreaming and become lucid.
I have these periods of time, like month or few weeks, when I can remember my dreams in details and my dream journal has entire pages with the memories of my dreams... I just had this period of time and once I even realised I was in a dream... But now I can't remember a single dream even if I do everything the same way... So thank you for the tips!

Your tips are so helpful as I need to stop waking at 1 am as I'm unhealthy because of lack of sleep I think water drinking may be culprit. Also huge LD fan.
I’ve been doing research for a couple hours does this process sound right? Let me know 🙏 1. I’m going to meditate/listen to hypnosis track before going to bed 2. Then set an alarm 5-6 hours later after I go to sleep 3. When I wake up do something for 20 minutes the go back to bed 4.let my body fall asleep by not moving while my mind is conscious by thinking of things.
You are describing the wild technique You shouldn’t stay up for that long As soon as you wake up (don’t wait any amount of time) Lie in bed and don’t move, and don’t think of things, focu Les in relaxing each muscle individually starting from you face and work down time your toes. To keep your mind conscious , don’t think of things, you need to look at the hypnagogic imagery behind your closed eyes and eventually you will start to see a dream form, when that happens just wait, it will fade away and come back and this will happen several times until you enter the dream, but remember you need to be in sleep paralysis

(i'm asking this because I think I could have just imagened something and thought that it was a dream)
When it comes to dream journaling, what about an audio or video recording? Anyone have an opinion? Simply as I’d try to keep it, I feel I still wouldn’t help getting distracted with avoiding typos that I even won’t understand later,-which happens alot-finding the right words, and just taking too long to write compared to verbally. I feel it’d be better if I could record me describing it verbally, and even draw as I’m recording and describing, then maybe later I could listen to my recording and make a more concise written form after that. Opinions? I haven’t gotten to try this yet coz I only tried the lucid dreaming techniques in this channel two days ago and haven’t succeeded yet (but I will!)

@Explore Lucid Dreaming - I just found out when my sleep cycle is so I can start performing techniques. In your opinion should I use Fild or wild?(I already use mild throughout the day/and I'm a beginner)
My dream journal is my phone. I obviously always carry it. Actually so much that in my first lucid dream I had it right next to me and since the hour changed every time I looked away, I became lucid.
lucid dreaming is amazing! last night i was exploring a creepy shipwreck with corpse's and undead mummified zombie corpse's. the only bad thing was that after about an hour one killed me.
I hadn’t remembered any dream of mine for like 2 weeks and then I just made a dream journal and made a mantra and remembered my dreams for 5 days straight
I got into lucid dreaming a little while back (about 2-3 months ago) just a little over a week ago I was able to start actually lucid dreaming consistently. For the first few days I just messed around and did stupid fun things. But then I tried to do what I attempted lucid dreaming for in the first place. Self induced nightmares. I’ve always loved scary things ever since I was young. I loved scary games, movies, videos and of course nightmares. So I’ve been trying to give myself nightmares the past few nights but it never seems to work. The way that I cause the nightmare allows me to know what’s going to happen during the nightmare taking any real fear out of it. I was wondering if there is any way that I could make genuinely scary nightmares where idk whats going to happen. Is this possible? If so how?
I want help. Im staying up late and last night i falled asleep at 4 am and i just wake up at 9:30 i only sleeped 5:30 hours and i am tired. Opinions? I haven’t gotten to try this yet coz I only tried the lucid dreaming techniques in this channel two days ago and haven’t succeeded yet (but I will!)
i remember painting my dream landscape that one time, wasn't as beautiful as in the dream but still cool.
me casually drinking water before going to bed: **sees this video**
me: OMG IM A PSYCHIC lmaooooo
me again: wakes up at 5:46AM
me in the morning talking to my sister: ok sooo tonight I dreamed about ...
I still remember one dream that's form my childhood.
Everything was pink. I was a pink fairy battling and pink tornado near a pink house in a pink forest and there was a pink brick road, like- it was just- pink, that's what makes me remember it lmao
*p i n k*
if i had that dream: did my mind just enter the pink dimension
@Explore Lucid Dreaming - I just found out when my sleep cycle is so I can start performing techniques. In your opinion should I use Fild or wild?(I already use mild throughout the day/and I'm a beginner)
He says his favorite method is fild, I would try that
@@BillyBob-hu7fy ok thanks
@@jameelhanna9025 yeah no problem, I did research and it's very successful and easy, but I've never had any success so just try it yourself
@@BillyBob-hu7fy Yea for sure. I tried MILD yesterday and had my first lucid dream, but I wanna test fild
@@jameelhanna9025 how was it, I've been trying and am feeling like it's a big joke
My dream journal is my phone. I obviously always carry it. Actually so much that in my first lucid dream I had it right next to me and since the hour changed every time I looked away, I became lucid.
Who’s here in 2024 😂
Me
Same
Soon to be 2025

This channel is underrated.

lucid dreaming is amazing! last night i was exploring a creepy shipwreck with corpse's and undead mummified zombie corpse's. the only bad thing was that after about an hour one killed me.
I hadn’t remembered any dream of mine for like 2 weeks and then I just made a dream journal and made a mantra and remembered my dreams for 5 days straight
Good thing i'm watching this cuz most of my dream journal basicly tells anything but what happened in my dream (forgot it, didn't dream, etc.)
Lucid...: drink lots of water
Me at 3AM: *CHUG CHUG CHIG*
Video: "Wake up around 3-5 a.m."
Me, who goes to bed around 2 a.m.
And your videos are cool keep doing videos like this
I can remember any dream I had a week ago but I still can't lucid dream
Same.
My dream made fun of me by making me try lucid dreaming in the dream
6 days ago I had a dream while I built a gaming PC, sat on it and flew in the sky.
Yea it's weird lol
@@lorpy5366 A month or so ago, I dreamt that Leo DiCaprio wouldn't let me control my dream. 😂
You can dream?
me: randomly is thirsty every nights
me: drinks every nights
me: waking up after the dream
me: watches this video
me: I... oh I already knew one of the tricks
I used to write my dreams a few months ago- and to this day I still remember the dreams I wrote.
I stopped cuz I had to get rid this habit where I kept writing things out of topic, I'm starting again
