Ok, I'm gonna say it. This is the best overlanding channel on youtube! You folks are so respectful of the land. You've got the video thing down pretty damn well too! A lot of the videos in this series are familiar country to me but I still enjoy them none the less. Keep up the great work! Outstanding!
Awesome video. Reminded me of the strange stories and things I’ve experienced while camping in the blue ridge mountains. Hope to see y’all at Expo East
Another awesome video! Ok, some info sources discourage traveling Crazy Woman Canyon with a trailer... but I'm asking you your opinion since you did take one and mine is similar in proportions. I am guessing you will say no problemo!
Beautiful! One note: the campsite you chose on the canyon rim (around the 8-minute mark) is on private land. I live not too far from there and know the area. A little ways east of there, on the rim, you would have been on public BLM. It's up to us overlanders to take advantage of the various land ownership maps and apps to make sure we don't trespass (if you got permission from the landowner, please let us know!) Just wanted to point this out so you don't send your Patreon supporters a track that gets them into trouble.
Thank you for your concern. The campsite at 8 minutes is located on Wyoming Fish and Game property. More detailed, the Ed O. Taylor WMA. We checked several maps including the Wyoming F&G page that shows that we were in a legal area. We do take very seriously as “overlanders” that we camp and travel in legal areas. If you would like to like to discuss this further, I would be happy to. You can reach me at contact@coddiwomple-overland.com. Thanks for watching
We just drove Crazy Woman Canyon today. It wasn’t very long, at only about 15 miles, but it was gorgeous, you’ll pardon the pun. The flow in the creek was much diminished from what you saw.
Awesome video as always Coddiwomple Overland. Wyoming never disappoint and the stories about the crazy woman canyon were really interesting.
Thanks!

@@CoddiwompleOverland oh, yeah! I am glad I was reminded of that 😂
Misty forgot 😬
@@CoddiwompleOverland I saw that! Luckily for me, it was before I got to the mountains, great reminder, not so great for Misti!

Wyoming had an extreme amount of rain prior to and while we were there. They creeks and rivers were beautiful.
thumb 👍
Thanks!
Do you think a late model full size crew cab short bed pickup with NO lockers is a viable overland vehicle or stick with a Jeep?
Totally depends on the type trails you want to Overland on.
