This is the second video where the description dont match the video. You are Really lacking in mantaining your videos... :/ ill only see your video, but the subscription you ill not get from me unfortunatelly.
If the first command lists Windows 10 Enterprise, look at the index number. Then the second command provided by the video author, copy that, paste it into notepad, and adjust the index number to match Windows 10 Enterprise, copy the edited command and paste into command prompt and hit Enter.
After you download Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft, you mount the ISO (image), this will act like a virtual CD drive or virtual USB drive. Then follow the instructions. Or you could just use something like 7Zip to extract all the contents of the ISO which will be nearly the same as just mounting the ISO. The point is to get access to the files inside the ISO.

I HAD TO TYPE THE SECOND COMMAND MANUALLY,TO CHANGE THE SOURCE INDEX TO MY COMPUTER.COULDN'T DELETE# 6,OUT OF COMMAND.
Yep, just copy/paste onto notepad. Edit what you need to edit to meet your requirements then copy/paste into CMD - hit Enter.
