Thank you for this great video I didn't do somethings because I didn't know how or what it would do to my laptop but the things I did lowerd my processes from 170 to 107 thank you
Buddy, my PC had 130 processes sometimes higher, and sometimes lower, but always above 100, after this video I have 100 which is still an improvement which I am proud of.
Why do you you want to know that he won't respond because he might get a screen recording sponsorship and when he does he will just say i use this screen recording app
i changed the Split Threshold for svchost to 1 million then turn it back again , then changed it once again to 1million , and now processes aren't low do u know why ?

Do not change it. #1 Nothing in the videos this guy posts will actually improve performance or FPS in games. Having a few less threads/processes will make no difference and changing reg entries, particularly related to ram is just asking for a broken system. Same with the services stuff, do not disable that stuff. Better yet stop watching these kinds of videos, none of them will work, no software will work. Only thing this guy gets right in his videos is the part about disabling start up tasks you don't need. Other than that none of the stuff in his vids will do anything other than break your computer.
@@whmxtra Alright so there s an option to import your reg and export it incase u wanna return to it plus u can just memorize the default number and change it back if you encounter any problems,if you thnk changing that entry wil prevent ur pc from booting ur wrong, yes registry editor can break your system but not everything i tried this myself and it works the services got cut by half also less processes improves performance depending on the disabled service not the number we can add 3000 services that do nothing and have our performance unharmed disabling processes will have less things from running in background which makes your pc more responsive and faster you might get small fps boosts but wont be huge
@@kazxzar. ROFL, talk to me in another 3 months when you're OS starts falling apart and erroring everywhere because you changed all sorts of stuff. Fact is none of the advice this guy provides will actually work. And disabling some services that you don't think you need will come back to haunt you at some point when you can't do something you need to do and have completely forgotten you disabled it. Disabling startup tasks you don't need is about the only useful thing you can do to get a bit more performance out of your system. And it does F all for gaming because windows shuts down most stuff when you launch a game anyways so all those processes and services you disabled won't make a bit of difference because windows would shut all that stuff down on it's own while you're playing a game. It's is just absolute stupidity to start changing all these kinds of things and risk breaking your OS just to get a few more FPS in a game. There is literally physically nothing you can do to increase gaming performance from a software perspective. Disabling some start up tasks will help a bit but all the other stuff is worthless and won't do squat to improve things and ppl like this posting video after video of useless and potentially dangerous advice and worthless "PC optimizing" programs is just irresponsible. The ppl that keep posting these videos just want the views and the $ they don't seem to give a crap that they are giving dangerous advice to ppl who can barely find the power button and have no experience or knowledge of what they should or shouldn't actually do. It's like telling someone to fix their computer by typing "rm -rf root" and some idiot somewhere will actually try it then cry because their whole system is essentially gone. You don't give advice like this to ppl that don't know enough to understand what parts they should try and what parts they should stay away from messing with. Bottom line is if your hardware won't keep up with the game you want to play, it's not Windows fault, it's the hardware, not the software. If you want better performance than get better hardware, it's as simple as that. If you can't afford better hardware start turning down the game settings because that is your only other option. * FYI you do know those screens showing reduced processes are actually not real right? Like every other person that makes these kinds of videos they are using TWO DIFFERENT task managers to make it look like their advice works. The one with a lot of processes and CPU usage etc is their main machines task manager while the "Improved" one with less processes and CPU usage is actually the task manager for the virtual machine they are using to fake the result. So virtual one will have less processes because it doesn't have to run all the same hardware etc that the machine runs, it's a stripped down virtual machine version while the one with the higher results is the one actually running both the computer, hardware and the virtual machine so of course it's going to have more processes running.
no not always. it monitors what programs you use frequently so it can put it into your memory, but on low end pcs when you are limited by ram and cpu its not helpful and can cause major slowdowns for some people
@@shinushinu The right value is DON'T change it in the first place. At best it will do nothing, at worst it will screw up your system, either right away or the next time your system updates.
