- Can animals such as dogs and cats see optical illusions? We thought this would be a fun activity to try on our dog Olive and found this optical illusion rug also known as the indoor sinkhole to give a try. In this video we share cavoodle Olive's reaction! Also..another spoiler alert- we apologize in advance, though the video was originally created with front and back footage of her reaction, we lost the front camera footages..her face was so cuuute though😩

Aww, on her first time coming down,she was crying for her mommy 🥹, it was so sweet and cute 🥰.
I specially loved to see how smart she is, she was looking underneath the carpet and moving it around, making sure everything was safe. So she was not fooled the second or third time 😉.

Yes, Olive by instinct or prior experience, knows danger when she sees a hole. So the fear is that this trick may cause her to ignore the dangers.

Can I ask how did you deal with any nipping, biting , or chewing things with olive?
Olive still nips when she wants to play (playful gesture). But we taught her 'no' so she doesn't do it if we say 'no' - When she was teething we gave her wet clothes we froze in the fridge to lessen biting during that time, also ice cubes, gave her toys to keep her occupied from biting furniture etc. But found 'no' to be so much more effective🤗 how is your dog doing now?
@@OliveJoa she’s doing great she gradually stopped biting but she obviously does it when she’s really excited, and no works for her as well except she would rather bite on anything but her toys 😭☺️
