Hello guys. Today we take a look at the new Tan Desert Military Inspired model by Casio This is a new GA-2000 Sleek Analog-Digital Carbon Core Guard series watch.
The GA-2000 is the most affordable G-Shock line to utilize the new Carbon Core Guard case design.

i've had this watch for about a month and I like. My biggest issue is with the strap keeper. It does not KEEP in place. I am constantly having to move it away from the buckle.
If this was Solar it would be Perfect!

I love this watch, definitely my favorite g-shock I’ve ever owned, I couldn’t decide what color I wanted the OD green or the khaki so I got both.

I would prefer the GG-1000 Mudmaster because it has a second hand and larger, easy to read, positive digital display.
Gravity master looks cool but I also like this new one.

Very nice watch! Confortable and lightweight. I bought a desert one. But I'm a little concerned about it's real resistance. The carbon core case scratches very easily with a simple touch of nails! You can scratch your watch very easily with your own fingers! How can it be so resistant as they assure? Steel case G-Shocks are reliable heavy duty pieces! Almost impossible to damage them! But this one, I'm not so sure! Well, time will tell!

Anything less than $100 or even around $100 is most likely a used watch or a fake Casio. I got scammed twice already. Now if I see any Casio that's priced so low, I would stay far away from it.
It's depend of the model. Check Jomashop store, they have many models with price less or around $100.

Based on the box and tin, I say it’s fake. I’ve never seen Casio use all black box and tin. They always have that distressed look to them.
@@robertspencer23 There are many different legitimate Casio metal boxes.
The carbon core is a truck and the mudmaster is a freaking tank build wise.
They are not at all comparible hence the budget difference.
The mudmaster comes with a metal/resin case, shock and mud resist, tough solar and triple sensor while the carbon core have basically none of the tactical components and runs on battery.
There is NO ground for any comparison.
