I had WRECKED knees ie two knee surgeries on my right and “need” one for my left. I’ve been doing that program for about 5 months now and I’m confidently skating and jumping around. Haven’t been able to do that since 2016!
Those streets are EMPTY except for a couple people working. I did not see anyone walking the dog or stuff like that, just parked cars mostly. Where is this? Great vid btw
Love the video! Beginners love to see Janice skating! It gives us a lot of confidence to go out and try new things!! I was scared seeing her going downhill without protections!!! And being scared about a car, is also normal, last time it happened to me I jumped on the bushes in the side of the street, with the bad luck that they were full of thorns!! So it was worst that falling in the street :D. Love you guys!! Say hello if you come to Salamanca (Spain)! its not far from you!

Great video! I got edea figure inline skates and i come from rollerskates. Now i think that my ankles are not strong enough because i can't stand very straight on my right feet. Can i improve my ankle strength somehow or does that happen while skating a lot?? Thanks!
Hey Ricardo, hey everyone ! I may wanna change my Rollerblade Tempest (90) for something that can absorb bad asphalt better. I only skate around the lake where I live (Annecy, France ✌), using the bicycle path which isn't very smooth. Should I go for 3 wheels, something like the Twister Edge 110 maybe ? I know it's more of a urban skate but I may like something that has good versatility. And good speed. I've been skating for 20 years, I'm not a pro but I can handle myself ^^ Any advice ? I read 3 wheels absorb bad roads better, that's why I'm asking :)
I missed the chance of learning to inline skate when I was young. Do you ever sell skates to people in their early 50s learning to skate for the first time? I'm fit enough and run ultra marathons, but wonder if older skaters just end up breaking bones!
I'm struggling with downhill, I don't mind getting up to speed (but downhill freaks me out) and the only break I can do is the T-break.. Trying to learn powerslide/stop - any tips?

If Janice has pain in her knees I recommend her doing knees over toes zero ability program to help her regain strength and balance in her lower body
