      It’s like cricket but instead of 2 wicket spaces there are the 4 bases around the “diamond”, & you have to either complete a lap around the diamonds or hit it out of the playing area to get a home run

    22 seasons in the majors, was the last active player (with Adrian Beltre) to have played in the 1990s and at 47 years old, he's still getting paid to play baseball. He credits his physical staying power to spending 12 hours a day picking coffee beans as a kid. What a movie his life story would make.

    The Mets should bring him back, if nothing else as a reliever during blowouts (he is 47 years old, after all.) The morale boost alone among players and fans would be worth it.

      And the funny thing is when he first joined the league, dude was as fit as any other baseball player. But he realized he threw harder during the preseason when he gained weight from the offseason. So he turned that into his power

    I still miss Bartolo so much. Always made me so happy every time he was at the mound (and at the plate for that matter)! High energy guy and so glad he was a Met! LGM!

    This video is cute, but it ignores what kept Colon in the majors for 22 years. HE COULD PITCH. Colon's career record was 247-188.

    I started with the(Ichiro 3rd base throw) video from recommendation.
    Now I get this (Bartolo moments).
    So far I liked what I see and am intrigued now because of these 2 players..👍👍

    Great video Wonderful inspiration for kids! The anouncers and roars of the crowd are simply magical! I agree this video is a great storyboard to turn this into a treatment for a proper baseball ⚾ script of his amazing life story.
