@@Dooplo0o I dont think so. He still can sing but he cannot scream like i screamed 20 years ago. Trust me if the Band would make a renuion much more People would come to watch them live.
A top alternative rock band at the time beyond a doubt. Perfect chemistry, perfect rock image, dynamics off those drums. ⛽ FUEL inspired me to purchase some big dollar sound systems for my cars and home. You guys boosted the sound system retail economy well over a $100K then, and that was just me :O) I Guess the bass was so damn good on most songs, my neighbors were always listening to FUEL, because they had too!!! Kevin Miller, thanks for the awesome music and the great memories. You rock!
I saw Kevin play with the Armadillo's in Wilkes-Barre, PA. @ 1996 and was blown away. My band went out to see bands we haven't seen but probably were good due to where they were playing. Market Street Square but don't quote me. I instantly recognized him first time I saw Fuel on Mtv. I wasn't surprised he was a drummer in a sea of pop drummers who was keeping their drumming snappy and groove oriented for the type of music. He has definitely influenced my drumming!
True story. When these guys (FUEL) were up and coming they were playing at the Paramont out here in Seattle with Creed. Somehow between shows I was talking 1 on 1 with their bass player about how hard it was for them. Kevin (drummer) comes passing thru and just COMPLETELY cuts me off and is all mad/annoyed. Then just keeps walking. At this point I was just a 23 year old kid who just had his favorite band shattered. It really cut me and I was like..well, i'm kinda over backing these guys up and coming to all their shows. BUT, a couple minutes later Kevin came walking back and actually apologized about cutting me off. The very fact he did that, mad respect. I play music myself now and I understand the pressure/problems/heat of things...but God bless you Kevin, thank you even at a younger age being enough of a man to recognize your error and do something like that. Great looking kiddo btw. ;) Jay Michaels
I was a big fan of fuel..I seen them in Battle Creek Michigan..they opened up for Buck Cherry & God Smack..Ya that long ago..I was hooked after that Concert..That knew how to Command your attention & hit the Soul..yes I was a drummer @ 6 yrs old..in a band til late in High School..then thru it Away..yupp Dummy Me..😐🤷
It's crazy, but Kevin Miller inspired me to pick up drums over ten years ago. I was so in awe of his playing, style, tenacity and charisma that I heard everything he had done until I had absolutely internalized it. I watched all of Fuel's live performances with childlike enthusiasm and irreparably fell in love with his passion, which always took the show where it needed to go. I was sad when he left Fuel, but was really psyched to hear his work in Fosterchild and Tantric. Both the bands came out with great albums with Kevin, and drums is what made them special. In my opinion, The End Begins is easily Tantric's best work ever and every drum track in that album is an incredible masterpiece. It's just unbelievable how that album was overlooked and underrated by people. It really deserved to be up there! I can't be thankful enough to Kevin for being such a huge source of inspiration in my life. It's been a long time, but he's still doing what he loves and going for the kill. That's so heartwarming and inspiring! My heart yearns for another big break for whatever he's upto. Godspeed! :)
@@ThierryRocksTV It's a weird situation, Kevin's been hanging out with both Brett and Carl lately it seems, but I suggest you take a look at Carl's facebook page... something happened a few months ago and Carl explained about it
Saw Fuel open for Aerosmith at the Pyramid in Memphis. Once in a lifetime experience.
Lucky you man 🤘
Nice to see that Carl brought him back in his reformation of fuel. You definitely recognize him by the way he keeps the rhythm
I remember seeing Fuel open for Aerosmith in San Diego when I was in high school. That was one of the best concerts I have ever seen.
Lucky you man 🤘
Still hoping for a legit Fuel reunion. Thanks for the inspiration, Kevin!
Brett voice is fukced. That would be very bad idea.
