Shaving off a whole second for the 5-shell autocannon clip is crazy good, I love it. Half a sec off the flamethrower is also damn amazing. Love seeing these buffs in action.

@@LethalOwl The autocannon clip is supposed to be around 2.03 seconds or something like that. Watch the clip and 0.5 extra seconds appear out of nowhere.
@@LethalOwl My thinking is that the %10 affects the complete autocannon reload time, so if it's 5 seconds of animation for the complete reload and the second phase of that takes 2 seconds, then the animation for inserting a single clip has a huge reduction in length
Worth it. I use the autocannon on bots a ton, and it was a night and day difference. Definitely got hit less before reloading finished and made some last second dodges that would've taken me out otherwise.
AMR reloads so fast the first time I used the upgrade I thought I had forgotten to reload it ! Imo this is the best one overall, all of them are pretty solid upgrades, but getting that reload in just a bit faster in the heat of battle is a game changer. Went explosion 2nd, then going for global CD reduction, eagle re-arm, and mortar aiming in that order.
This was the first tier 5 I got and have not regretted it one bit. Given I use so many support weapons across my dives this was a no brainer. Universal cool down or orbital AoE would probably be my next pick

The timing is faulty. I doubted the Autocannon clip timings, so I played it frame by frame. The latter half of the timing numbers are bugged between X.00 and X.10 second ranges. The Autocannon standard clip falls within the 2.00 to 2.10 second range, and is actually around 2.06 seconds for the reload, not 2.64 seconds.

Does anyone know if this affects the assisted reload times? As nice as this is, I want more things that promote teamwork and this detracts from it, especially if assisted relod times remain the same. Assisted reloading the autocannon lets the shooter fire as fast as you want anyway, so a 10% increase wouldn't mean anything and it's only a buff for running it solo.
The Quasar has no reload, probably not. Also you can very easily verify that by looking at the upgrade and look what stratagems it affects. If I recall right, the Quasar isn't listed.

Hi, I just wanted to point out a tiny mistake. You dont measure time like "seconds:hundredths of second", you put a "." between them not a ":". You use that between minutes and seconds but we dont measure hundredths of seconds between 0-60 like we do with seconds and minutes, we measure them betwen 0-100 (thats why its called a hundredth of a second) So like 1.8 seconds means 1 minute and 8 hundredths of a second, but 1.8 minutes means 01:48 minutes. Its not 01:80 minutes, thats 2:20 minutes The format is "hours:minutes: seconds", the seconds can not be a hole number for more precision, but we cap the x number at 60 when we use the xx:xx:xx format. You can have 00:59.99 but not 00:60.1, thats 01:00.1 Youve also noticed that theres something off with the standard autocannon reload timer. Maybe thats whats wrong, its probably 2.04 seconds. Whatever system you used bugged out calculating the hundredths of second because that timer is all over the place, its not just going from 2.34 to 2.64, its skipping and "going back" to adjust a lot, you probably just paused it at a time it was bugging out

It'll be worth it over time, sometimes a half-second is make or break between victory or death. That... and what else are you going to spend your resources on after getting everything else?

That's because author measured it incorrectly I think. I the 1st clip you can see that the time jumps from 2s to 2:60 instantly

Might not seem like a big difference but being able to reload a hair faster helps in tight situations.
Strange that a supposed 10% increase varies from a 30% increase on the autocannon clip to about a 7% increase on the recoilless.
I guess it's just an error. Really hard to catch 0.2 of second. We just be sure that upgrade is working )

Bruh the actual reload of the RR is 4 seconds flat if you reload cancel. That’s mental
doesnt seems too much first but if i reaload like 20 times with the recoilles rifle in a match it would save me about a total of 10 sec of reload time

Given the ability to animation cancel on the RR, I wonder if there is a bigger possible time saver for it than shown here.

I haven't time it yet but it seems that reloading while prone is slightly faster than standing/crouching.

I can't even think of a time I've ever done an assisted reload. It's a clunky system.
