Áron's playing is impressive. And props to Richard Bona for encouraging him and giving him the spotlight. Wonderful to see that kind of kindness and generosity in an established artist. Speaks to his confidence and qualities as a person and professional.

I have a new favorite bass player, Richard Bona. He made 8 yr old Áron Hodek feel comfortable on stage, and his smile is contagious. You just see/feel the positive energy emanating from this man.
I had the pleasure of teching Richard for one gig only, he was by far one of the coolest, nicest, just overall best artists I've ever had the chance to work with. Great guy. Great player too!
It was a pleasure watching this! I loved the little smiles Aron had while playing. It’s obvious he and the rest of the band were having fun. So Aaron is eleven now. Gonna check out YT for more current stuff.
Yeah, The basic Chicken riff isn't that difficult finger-wise but it's easy to lose your place if you don't concentrate. This kid has it all on point and can keep it going for as long as he needs. that's impressive at such a young age.
That brought tears to my eyes! Man, best joke ever. Kids are so damned cute. Got one myself and I love how kids are always “on” to learn new stuff. This kid is awesome, but the band is so generous it hurts. Shared love for music.
Richard Bona's smile and positive energy when he plays amazing bass grooves and solos is a gift to all of us. The kid is also very skilled and had so much fun on bass. What a wholesome video!
Bona couldn't have been a better host, and the interaction between those two was priceless. I loved Bona's reaction to Áron's harmonics at the end; totally caught everyone off guard! Great job kid!

Very impressed with Richard the way he helped the kid get started and didn’t blow him away. Richard is genius. He helped the boy stay on tempo measure by measure.
Man makes me almost tear up making him feel welcome and get In his comfort zone not trying to upstage him just jamming like he’s with any other top tier musician. Mad Respect ✊
Actually The Chicken isn't that difficult to play for a reasonably accomplished amateur bassist but for him to nail it so well at his age, in this kind of pressured environment, is very impressive.
@@DrainedGaming No he's not. Most of us are pretty tired of religious people injecting their personal beliefs into all conversations on the internet.
