I still wonder how a multi-billion dollar company can't handle their UX/UI design. Facebook, especially the Business/Ads Manager, is one of the worst tools I have ever had to work with. It is constantly buggy, things don't work, and the UX is constantly changing. So, after a year when you are somehow familiar with its controls, they will rework the whole manager, separate something, or merge it with something else. When you check IG messages in the manager, you won't even see the story people are reacting to, just the message, so you have to guess what your customer actually wants or reacts to. I hate it.
Books Wendy Recommends: 1. Observing the User Experience: A Practitioner's Guide to User Research Book by Mike Kuniavsky 2. Sustainable Data Book by Jan Chipchase
