I have the same one as yours the glass lid and skillet and matching clamp-on handle too I have several clamp-on handles for my other Corning Ware Blue Cornflower pieces.
That's cool. I have two handles that fit the older Corning Ware. I needed them for a Buffet Server I have but they fit all older pieces too. I'll be using one today. Will cook a piece of ribeye frozen from the Christmas roast. I want to see how the Whirl shortening does with cooking steak.
I have one same size as this, got it for $10 at a yard sale, except the lid is solid like the body rather then see through..my home totally burned to the ground, both pieces survived.
Wow Rick! Sorry to hear about your home :( I love the one with the pyroceram lid! At some point I want to pick up the lid only, or ,complete if I FIND IT FOR $10!

Found this same model in a regional Op Shop that reads Made In Australia, thought of you and I bought it.
Cool! I've never seen one marked made in Australia. Wonder if any find their way to the US?
Nice piece! Looks like that box could have been around in Johann Strauss' time!
Didn't it! LOL Smelled old too :)
