I just passed 800 miles on my first wheel, V12HT and am looking at a suspension wheel. I've learned that I'm more of a range person seeing as I pretty much max out my V12HT every time I ride it, so I'm looking at the Sherman S. Have you ridden one yet? I'd love to see a video review if you have. So far I really enjoy your content and have found a lot of your tidbits very helpful.
I love my HT. I wish they made a Super HT and kept as much of the same ergonomics but more power and range. I'm looking for a new wheel and considering the Master Pro or Sherman or Mini Commander, but I really trust in motions durability with the V12HT.
Shermy S owner here. I highly recommend riding your current wheel for another 500 - 1000 kilometers. You gotta be ready. Then get yourself a sherman ;)
@@mrclickclickboom69 at the rate I've been riding I'll probably have close to a total of 3500 Kilometers on the V12HT before order the Sherman S. I live in Alaska and I know I'll ride a bit this winter, but not enough to warrant ordering another wheel until probably February or March. Now that I use it as my main mode of transportation, I average about a 260km a week, which will slow down quite a bit when it starts snowing next month. Once snow is on the ground I'll probably only get 20 to 40km a week. Not sure how the batteries will handle the cold.
...I have the Commander Pro with hydraulic fork suspension and I am never going back to non suspension OR wonky air suspension wheels. The ride is just soooo plush and comfortable. S-Klasse like!
What town were those trails in? We have a place in Leadville. Some great trails there. Going to ship my A2 there once I've gotten comfortable on an EUC at home.
Hi guys, I've been riding an 18XL for a year & have 2,200km on it. I'm now looking to upgrade to something faster, with suspension. I'm in New Zealand, so not all wheels are available here, but I'm thinking V13 or V14. I'm 110kg/240lbs & almost exclusively looking at road rides. Chooch does a good sell on the V13 :) Thoughts?
I'm a new EUC rider, and I'm working on improving my stance, and turning capability. So far the most effective approach I've found is a combination of putting my outside leg against the EUC, and then leaning into the turn. If I need to tighten the turn I push down slightly on the inside pedal. Does this seem like the right approach? Watching your stance it doesn't appear that you use your thighs to press against the EUC at all through the turns, so I'm wondering if there's a different technique that would improve my skills?
@choochtech I decided to go off-road today, and I decided to copy your riding stance (keeping my feet from the knees down, firmly rooted, but letting everything above the knees float loosely with my legs slightly bent.) That helped a TON! To answer my previous question in case any other newbie readers are curious. When I went off-road I crashed a ton, and it made me decide that I needed to get better at obstacle avoidance. Chooch tech mentioned in one of his videos that he uses carving for that, so I practiced carving for a while, just pushing down on the inside pedal and allowing my arms to dangle freely which caused them to perfectly counter balance by moving the opposite direction of the turn naturally. This worked wonderfully, and if I needed to turn quicker then I could just aim my belly button where I wanted to go, and I would turn perfectly without having to over analyze anything.
I’m on a Patton and kind of staring down this Adventure wondering how it will do. I think it’s for me. Patton bottoms out too much but I absolutely love the trail ability that it has. I don’t think the V13 can outperform the adventure on trails. Just my take
The v13 is faster than the sherman s, however the former cannot compete in suspension quality nor battery capacity... that being said and to be fair the v13 might fare better in the event of a really hard crash...
@@jimmykiang4420 Thanks, I didn't expect that because one of the reasons I chose the Sherman S was because the shell is made from magnesium so they take a beating and keep on ticking.
@@jriding6161 never said the sherman s was weak at all... Im only comparing v13 vs sherman S vs ex30 in terms of absolute durability... all of those can handle crashes up to a certain level

Is that alpinestar shoes i see? I have mine since 2 weeks, after destroying several Vans by only riding my euc, great upgrade for me, better support and rigidity which help a lot when riding and ofc better protection in case of crash (even if i never crash in 4 years of riding)

Goodnight. Someone can help me? I bought a second hand kingsong 18XL 2200W with 1500 km and updated the firmware to version V2.18. Now I am afraid that it is not for this unicycle and that it is not safe with this version. Can anyone tell me if it's less secure and if I should try to switch to another version. Thank you very much. Greetings from Portugal
Why V13 why not patton ? I like patton too mutch. Im heavy 280+ Lbs and V13 not fit my pesonaly comapre to patton this is nuclear power euc! My skill is not comparable to you no way maybe this is reason why i no see this V13 magic.
Really? I thought heavier guys would prefer the v13. I have the V13 and prefer the Patton. I have the hardest time getting used to it and getting it to move. I weigh 185lbs and have been riding the V13 for about 3 months, but honestly I suck at getting it to move. I can barely crack 40mph when I have tailwind. All my other wheels I gotta back off, because I am hitting beeps when riding on the street. Chooch is a phenomenal rider though.

I’m on the Patton as well. More interested in the new Adventure but since it’s Inmotion I’m wanting to make sure that the torque is on par with the Patton as least. The Adventure suspension looks better than the Patton, but not sure about the handling. Patton is a beast
